The Geek Squad has gotten us started with our new computer and handled everything we needed to be done via "remote log in". This service is a must for us and they have earned our respect and continued business.

I have only used them once but they were very professional in the matter I was having with my computer.

I bought my computer and left it for the Geek Squad to set up and take off all the "junk". They did a great and fast job on it. Loaded all the software I needed and deleted all I didn't need. Great job team!!

at the counter I was treated very well by friendly staff that knew what they were doing and seemed to enjoy their jobs, Also dealt with a remote tech. who took control of my system and solved the problems.

It is a comfort to know that for a one time price I have someplace to go and have those things I can't take care of myself taken care of quickly and by knowledgeable people. Sort of like a security blanket.

I haven't had any serious problems with my new laptop but have had lots of questions. Geek Squad has been helpful, friendly and patient in answering my questions and showing me how to work with my product.

I love geek squad tech support but I do prefer the ones in the stores. I do not care for 1-800 at all, especially if they want to remote in to my computer. Had a very bad experience going that route before.

Just got the Geek Squad support with my new mac. They were good in answering my questions, helping me set up the machine. Went in for some short questions and did not have to wait long, staff was friendly.

Both techs I dealt with took care of me in a patient , timely manner, were open my inquiries, and were respectful of my concerns. The job was promised in 3-5 days, but was completed in less than 24 hours.

When I have used the GeekSquad several times with this and they are very helpful on the telephone as well as in person. Very understanding with a person like me that does not know that much about computers

Like everything about it they do a good job they are kind people.Its good to have tech support on all of your products ,they are knowledgeable .just take it in let them know wants wrong and they do the rest.

We have geek squad service on all of our items that we've purchased from Best Buy. They have excellent customer service, and are very knowledgable about the products they carry and how to diagnose problems.

You can call when ever, or set up a time to go in, or have them come to me which is pretty awesome.

Very pleased with the help I got. I was having trouble switching windows 8 pro from my old laptop. If you've ever had to switch a windows product over to a new computer than you know how difficult it is.
