I have had a couple of issues with windows 8 as it is new to me. In addition there was a problem with some of the soft ware in my computer. It was all resolved with one call and in a professional manner.

After purchasing my new PC and laptop, I needed help from Geek Squad to get data transferred and to get hints about the Windows 8. They were patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Well worth the price.

I had to use this service on two different occasions, and each time would have cost me more than the membership did. You'd have to be crazy not to have it when the facts show you how much you can save.

Still waiting for my laptop that I brought in on Jan 2nd. Today is Feb 11th. They told me that the hard drive needs to be replaced. Then they needed the recovery disks that I had to order from the manufacturer. That took about a week and Geek Squad was following up every couple of days up until I got them the disks. Since then I've not been getting any updates and now I'm trying to get in touch with them. Last time I called I was told it will be another 2-3 days. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard from anyone. They were very attentive when I first purchased the support package but now it seems that I have to chase them down for answers.

This product provided a sense of safety to me. Even though I haven't used it yet, I feel secure that when I face a situation in which assistance is required, I will get the support that I am in need of.

I still haven't hooked up the pc that was repaired as I am in midst of a move, but the customer service was great. Also, with prior repairs everything went well and am counting this time to work out same.

My explanation of the problem with my computer was very complete and understandable.The repair was done in the time that was estimated.I have used Geek Squad before and will use them again if necessary.

I have not had a chance to avail myself of all the benefits of this service, but I like the Norton package for 3 cds. I have used them for other minor services. Will probably need them more in the future,
