I have had the Geek Squad Protection for at least 5 years and have never had an issue. The IT folks are awesome and I can't say enough how much I appreciate their help...You guys ROCK!

This is a great option that best buy offers. Even if you are tech savvy it is a good investment.

Really helped me regain my laptop. Had to but new Office software because I lost the Product Key. But Geek Squad resolved my issues, rebooted my OS, installed new virus protection, and saved my files.

I really like the support I received from Best Buys Geek Squad team. They are extremely helpful and having this service with my home systems gives me the same type of support that I am use to at work.

Was good help on phone and in store,Would like more help getting things all hooked up together,I have a printer last time it took me hours to get connected to my computer, Didn't have Geek Squad then.

My mother use to call me long distance to try and assist with computer issues. She now has a contact that can help her when she needs it in an intelligent fashion in reference to her operating system.

I like that it covers three computers at once. I like having 24/7 support on line, on the phone and live people to talk to in the store with my problems. I have recommended your to others more than once.

I am not a computer whiz and what might be a simple problem for some can be monumental for me. It is nice to have the Geek Squad back-up. On line programs can teach you a lot and minimize down time.
