The Greek squad at the Greensburg best buy ate great. They fixed my laptop that had been not working right from the start. Which I purchased somewhere else. Should of never of done that. Thank you.

We've only had to use them once by phone & once in person, so far . The service was friendly, on-time, provided the answers we needed and no rushing us out the door until our questions were answered.

I haven't had to use their services yet but it is good to know they are there if you need them.

We love the Geek Squad. Everyone we have dealt with is very cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. It is so convenient to know we have someone to talk to at any time day or night.

Don't think I can ever go without the Geek Squad membership. They take care of my computer problems within 48 hours. Great peace of mind for someone who panics when the computer doesn't work right.

I buy Best Buy techs support as well the extended warrantee to for all of my kids products and those that are mine or my wife but the kids will use. I know they have my back and I am in great hands

Best decision that anyone can make. despite the price, it gives you comfort knowing that someone will help you out without making you feel like your completely illiterate when it comes to technology.

Will continue this service as long as we have computers or til they don't have the service anymore, whichever comes first. Saves me a lot of headaches! For an older! person like me, it is a lifesaver!

It's nice to have someone there to help you if you need help with your new computer. They are just a phone call away. They could lower the price, its expensive to purchase 1 year of the Geek Squad.

Have not had to use the service yet. I hope to have good service when and if we need to use it.

They installed all software onto my new computer and are planning on fixing our old laptop once I get all my pictures and videos off of it:) I hope I can use them to the fullest in the year allotted:)

We really like the Gek squad because we get support either by phone or taking it to Best Buy. We always get the service we need and really love the professionalism they all are learning. Fantastic!

Just wish we could have purchased for one or two devices rAther than for three.

A game download also brought on a virus. Geek Squad cleaned up the system, all is running well.

This is the second laptop we've purchased in 3 years and both times, purchased the Geek Squad Tech Support. They have been very helpful. We especially appreciate the Geek Squad at the Ahwatukee store.

I have only had to make one online chat request and that went great and my problem was solved.

The Geeks really know their stuff. If they know of somebody with more experience in a certain area, they aren't afraid to send them their way. I will definitely contact them again if I need assistance.
