The Geek Squad is very helpful I usually call and get help over the phone and they r able to help me and if the problem is not solved then I take back the Item and its usually repaired quick

This protection plan is perfect for the college kid that might get their laptop destroyed

BW was rude to me and did not listen to my request. He took it upon himself to delete all of my antiviruses and cleaners. All I asked him to do was remove a Trojan from my computer that I was unable to remove myself from home. He also reformatted how I am able to get to my documents (which I absolutely hate). Total disappointment!

So far no problems,too soon to judge fairly, it seems to be working better then before.

Technical competence satisfactory; sometimes long waits for service in store is annoying.

Service is more expensive than expected but is good. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I got this the day I got my computer and I am glad I did. Got home, set up the new computer and it wouldn't connect to my router. I had to call them the same day. Very professional and fast.

It was done in a timely manner, works great! I was really glad I had the protection plan.

I like having support if needed. They can't seem to do anything about windows 8, though.

What more can I say ? The tech support is terrific. The people could not be more helpful and polite no matter how stupid the questions are.

Love the convenience to dropping the broken computer off and pick it up all fixed up, however 2-3 days is kinda long to not have my computer.

Geek squad membership is the best investment for non tech types like me!
