Couldn't be happier with Geek Squad assistance! On time, professional, over and above all problem solving. Exttra help with set up of printer, addition of older lap top and set up. AWESOME!

I didn't think my old PC was able to be repaired back to a new status, but the Geek Squad was able to remove all the viruses, clear the registration, and make my computer run like brand new.

The geek squad takes forever and is really ridiculously expensive to back up! They do fix the priblems though so that is good. One bit of advice if possible is to back up your software with an external hard drive so you don't have to pay a ton for geek squad.

I think this is probabily good to have for the people who have trouble with technology.

Had some viruses and malware. The techs cleaned up 2 computers quickly and they are both run so much faster along with no malware or viruses. Start up on both machines is so much faster.

It has been a struggle maneuvering in the windows 8 setup. When I picked up my laptop I did not receive sufficient help from the Geek Squad representative. I tried using your tutorial website and got no answers to my questions; kept referring me to other topics.

Had great communication with several people getting windows 8 installed on new computer that had windows 7. and getting my old laptop wiped of all info to start from scratch on that system.

This tech support membership is great and well worth the money. My family and I live in different states but we can use our plan for up to 3 different computers no matter where we are!

I called them 3 times within my first few days of having it. They were all so helpful. I would recommend this anyone who is not to familiar with computers. Already got my money's worth!
