Great experience. Tech took control of computer and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Liked the fact that I didn't have to take computer in to store. Membership covers up to 3 devices.

I've already had to use it about 3 times and they always do more than I could ever imagine! So helpful, even for a not so tech savvy person like me:) everyone should definitely get this!
