also battery doesn't last very long. I wish I knew about the flash. Its in the way.

Because the support package includes up to three other devices we used support for a different existing hp product. The experience was not very fulfilling. One tech claimed the motherboard was fried, while second tech said they had just begun testing.

This service is excellent for inexperienced computer users to get help solving hardware and software problems. They have helped me twice with two computers and solved my problems.

My netbook went out the same time my laptop did. So I bought the laptop with the service program and they fixed my netbook too after they installed all my software on my new laptop.

I went in trying to fix my computer. To diagnose my computer it would cost me $200, but for the same price I got the warranty for a year plus got my computer fixed (it had a virus).
