This is an excellent backpack for traveling with a laptop! Lots of room, easy to carry, fits in the overhead when stuffed or under the seat when traveling light. Great construction.

I love geek squad tech support they are very accurate and try very hard to help and make sure you are a happy customer in the end.

The wait time was a bit slow but the salesperson was really friendly and helpful

after our computer got a virus, I brought it to Geek Squad thinking they were reputable. after about a week being there, we received a call saying our hard drive was bad as well, would be$70 more to replace it plus $160 to retrieve any files. after asking several friends from out of state ( who work on computers for a living) their opinions, they were first cautious of geek squad as they have a growing reputation of telling people the hard drive is bad when it is not, and that if it truly was bad they wouldn't be able to get files from it. I went in to ask for our computer back and to cancel our two year protection plan we had just purchased, which they did. our computer does have the virus removed and has been working great since I brought it back home, which tells me they were lying about the hard drive. I will not bring our computer back again and have been sharing my disappointment about their dishonesty. the more people I talk to, the more stories I hear about similarsituations. do not take your computer here!

I do get somewhat confused at times when my computer is not working well, and the Geek Squad helps me on many levels to solve my problems, and they keep me from being so frustrated.

My daughter's laptop had a virus/Trojan issue that my installed antivirus wouldn't delete. I took it in to save myself the time of troubleshooting it before she went back to school. To be fair, Geek Squad did attempt to fix the issue and the notifications from the installed antivirus went away...for about a day. I ended up having to research and remove the Trojan myself. There was plenty of documentation on the Internet about approaches to take, it just required more of my time. Since the coverage applies to more than one PC in our home, I hope to get my money's worth at some point. But considering I purchased the support mainly for this Trojan issue, I have to say it was a waste of $200.

My husband called to ask for help installing our modem and router. The person he talked to couldn't help but for $89.00 he would send someone out to set it up for us. Not helpful considering we already paid for this service. Got more help out of AT&T.

Eric was very capable and LISTENED to my concerns. The Team repaired my laptop as they said they would and set up the WEB ROOT Security program to both of my laptops. Job well done.

It's great. Washes up well as it seems to get used a lot at the breakfast table.

Geek Squad has been invaluable to me. I have had on-line support and now, I purchased in-store/on line tech support. They are experts at what they do. Excellent customer service.

They helped me with my problem of a broken laptop, however, it tooked some time.

Recently had to bring my computer in because the hard drive was fried. Geek squad quickly diagnosed my machine and then installed a new hard drive. My only cost was the hard drive.

I have used this many times and am satisfied Often I have had to go into a store to fix my problem and I believe it could have been handled over the phone. They are dependable

Its great for me to have this service whenever i need it i dont have to wait to long and i can go to any location. It makes to feel good and i dont have to question where i can go

As I noted, this is a great product for 'computer dummies'...but it didn't let me add ..."like myself." I can think of a lot of folks I know or have known that this would help them.

on the average its a good buy but it needs to come with a monitor at these prices
