We had the crypto locker ransom virus on our laptop and we brought it into the geek squad Saturday night and it was ready for pick up the next day-Sunday night! Great service.

Purchased 1 year coverage on previous laptop and had issue 1 month after warranty so out of luck. It's always a toss of the dice with these types of plans - whether you will actually need it or not.

Bought Kaspersky, and service plan for $200, removed a trojan from on computer, and had online service with software issues on another computer. best purchase I've made in years.

Before, I have gone into a Best Buy store for Geek Squad service. This time I used the phone. Could not ask for better technical evaluation and a fix, without leaving the house.

Well worth the money to get 3 computers serviced and Kapersky Antivirus. Servicing was done in less than 5 days on each computer.

It was especially handy to have a better source of getting answers since moving from XP to Windows 8. HP help was marginal, although the help files on the computer aren't bad.

Fixed my computer and then explained what was wrong and what was done. Also explained what changes had been made to the system. I am delighted with the service they gave me.

The people where very helpful and nice.i would tell people Eric and Chris are the best they are so vey help and very nice . And they understand what the problems and they fix it

I just bought this computer and I wouldn't know how they truly are because so far I haven't had the need for their service. But price was great due to me purchasing the bundle.

brought our computer to be looked at ,they fixed our problem cleaned it up and couldnt fix part of the problem but gave us great tips that are working totally for what we need!
