Geek Squad is so worth the money. No matter when something goes wrong, they are available 24/7 and always know what to do. I can't count the number of times I have used them.

I am so happy to have Geek Squad help me and to know that I have a contract. Everyone was eager to assist and when one doesn't know, they ask for help to solve the problems.

The 1-800 number geek squad technical support was useless. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone! I was put in hold for over 20 minutes each time I called, I was given instructions to say what department I wanted but the automated voice thing could not understand what I was saying..ever...when someone finally answered, they seemed to know nothing, sounded angry and disinterested in helping me and simply transferred the call to another person. I called on 5 separate occasions, and got no help. Also, 2 times, they blamed things on the in-store techs and said "they always make mistakes". Very unprofessional! It was extremely frustrating. I went back to the store instead. The in-store techs were very very good a customer service and went out of their way to help me, and make things as pleasant as possible...they were very personable and I would go back because of their personalities and professionalism, however, I had to return to the store 7! times before my computer was finally working properly. The things I had to go back to the store for (a 25 minute drive each way), could have been easily handled by your 1-800 geeks if only your phone system worked properly and your customer service reps were trained properly. I found the 1-800 service completely unacceptable.

The help is great. So far I found very knowledgeable people. Easy to work with.

I like having Tech support to help me because I am not a computer master yet.

I am enjoying the ease in which the computer operates. The graphics are wonderful, the speed is more than I anticipated. It is really a fantastic computer for anyone to use.

if your new at tablets or computers geek squad will help without making you feel like an idiot. they tell it like it is. and charge you for it of course! but its reasonable.

Computer is up and running again.. had a hard time getting it to work before.

I used Geek Squad 3 times in the first 4 days I had my new laptop and they have been knowledgeable, fast, effective and pleasant people. Don't know what I'd do without them!

We have used the Geek Squad for simple questions about Windows 8 to actually having to take our laptop in because it had been hacked. Excellent service and customer service!
