I like to have the support 24/7 just in case on my laptop where ever I go.

Avoid the high pressure tech savy sales people who want to clean up your computer, with geek squad you get what you pay for!!!!

geek squad tech support was offered as a special with my computer purchase. they promply came over and help set up my new computer. very courteous and helpfull technician

If you use your computer a lot ,you will have an occasional issues, they take the worry out . They are prompt,Courteous and always resolve any problem in a timely fashion.

They have been great to work with. They try hard to meet their deadlines and keep you updated on what they are doing and how long they think they will have your computer.

In this everybody need medical insurance so just like our computer need to coverage so we don't worry about any future problem to pay lot to fix.great price for coverage

when I got the laptop back....it's still giving me problems yet they found nothing wrong when it wouldn't boot up....what's to say they will find something wrong when it will and they will just keep it for 3-4 days to tell me the same thing

I'm happy with the Geek Squad at Watertown Best Buy. They were helpful with my old computer and helped me find a replacement with what matters to me (not the price tag).

Good software, but not completely needed if you're pretty computer savvy.

The first two times I went there, they didn't charge me anything even though I didn't buy my computer, there. They are extremely knowledgeable, competent and professional.

I had a new laptop set up and also had an older computer fixed due to being able to add the older laptop also to the plan. The service techs were friendly and efficient.

they took remote of my computer and showed how to import pictures, also gave me some good pointers on new windows eight. ron.

It gives us protection on our Ipad if our ipad should be dropped or accident should occur. It is a excellent purchase and protection for our Ipad. Highly recommend it.

Great customer service, but I still have the same problem with my desktop.

I really enjoy going to Best Buy and shopping. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I spend about a $2500 a year in our local store and I always have great service.
