The first 2 calls said they have to send someone out and charge me around 100. Then, on my fourth call, i got the help that i needed from gek squad. he was great.

I am very happy I got this help for a year. I have already used it several times. You aren't afraid to try things or to ask questions. Someone is there to help you out.

Geek squad said we needed a new hard drive for our computer when the issue was related to our router. The computer was fine and it was a waste of time having to leave it to be serviced when there was nothing wrong with it.

Never had geek squad before I got this computer but now that I have it I don't know what I would do with out it cause it is so easy and convenient to use.. I love it!!
