As a technological Luddite, having the Geek Squad handy gives me peace of mind. Usually need for lost printer connections but with recent upgrade to new wi-fi tv no doubt will require help there at some time in the future too.

Geek Squad gave us a four hour window visit to help install our HP 6978 Printer all in one, and was here the beginning of the first hour. Very impressed. The Tech Xuyen (Sing) was very courteous, friendly, professional, and went through every aspect of the installation, and we were very impressed. Xuyen (Sing) left his business card in case we had questions after he left.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS HERE WHEN SCHEDULED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRINTER I HAD, AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I WAS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AS MOST PEOPLE. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, AND TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT OTHER PRINTERS, AFTER IT WAS DETERMINED MY PRINTER WAS TOAST. HE DID TELL ME ABOUT THE PRINTER, WHICH I DID PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY, AND COMPARED IT TO THE PRINTER I HAD BEEN USING.

Agent arrived timely and did an excellent job cleaning up my systems performance, getting me hooked up with my new router, explaining my printer security protocol (outdated) and syncing my outlook calendar to my IPhone calendar. My positive experience with Geek Squad has led me to be a stronger consumer for Best Buy on other products including appliances and televisions.

I was very pleased with the salespersons knowledge of the product and helping me with the purchase, also the knowledge the geek squad representative showed me and my husband was quite thorough and helped me understand how it worked and installed it expertly, I have the greatest respect for Best Buy and the geek squad. They are always there for me.

. . . in spite of the online scheduling foolishness. No matter what I told the phone center they just couldn't understand what was needed. The agent who arrived not only understand our problem but solved it speedily AND managed to fix the billing error the phone operator wanted to charge us. Can't recommend these onsite agents enough!

I have used the Geek Squad for several years and have grown to respect their commitment to providing the client with a high degree of expertise. I use to think of myself as a techie but as I have aged (now in my seventies), I have found that I need the Geek Squad to help me stay abreast of the rapid changes in technology.

Anytime I go to Geek Squad at the store or they come to my home, the Agent is polite, helpful and whatever isn't working correctly by the time I leave the store or the Agent is finished my electronics are working great. Geek Squad is the first call I make when I have an issue, THEY ARE GREAT, THANKS ALOT!!

I have used Geek Squad for several years, primarily on the phone. They have always been very courteous and responsive. This is the first time I had someone come to my office. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Geek Squad. I am a sole proprietor, and Geek Squad is my IT support.

After buying a new laptop there was and installation that was causing some confusion with the security of the system. Not only was it an easy fix but the agent took the time to show me how to make sure everything was secure should there be any conflict in the future.

Not sure how many times I've used Geek Squad support (both online and in store), but it has been more than a dozen times. I bought the support with a new computer a year ago and am very happy with every encounter I have had with the various Geek Squad techs at Best Buy

Daniel got my printer working again by correcting a problem internally in my computer. Somehow it was set on scanner and not on the default printer. I had been unable to fix the problem over the phone with the Geek Squad so I needed the tech to come to my home.

I can’t imagine why one would not use this service provided by Best Buy. Concerns that I have had with former WiFi/internet services were answered very quickly And suggestions to enhance my services were “spot-on”. There are no “dead zones” in my home now!

Nathaniel was my geek squad representative. He arrived at the time that was stated. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me set up my new computer and printer. Everything was great! Would highly recommend purchasing tech support!

Geek Squad Technician came to my home on time fixed everything I asked for on my new computer and more. He provided me with valuable recommendations and said if experienced any more problems to give him a call. He gave me his cell phone number to call.

I use my computer often, but I am not very literate when it comes to problems with the operations. Every time I have needed assistance, the Geek Squad representatives have fixed the issues and I love that I can either call or instant message with them.

Absolutely spectacular. The technician completed the set up of my new laptop with no problems. He was on time and explained the procedure and provided me with contact information if anything came up. The price with my contract was very reasonable.

I had a Apple Airport and it would about twice a month not back up my computer until i reset it. A Geek Squad member came out and installed a new WD My Cloud back up and a new eero - Mesh WiFi and we are up and running again.
