    I’m a Mac user for decades, but wanted to try a windows based computer, this product in very fast as advertised. Don’t let the size of it fool you is very good product, I would definitely recommend it. I used it for music and video.

    I've always been a desktop computer fan. I like big monitors and lots of them. A friend who uses several computers all day and every day suggested I investigate the GEEKOM computer line. After considering all the specs I picked the IT15-U9. I was running a 7 y/o Win-10 box that could not be upgraded to Win-11, so it was time to buy new. With my friend's recommendation, I took the plunge. I am not disappointed. BIG performance, small package. Should I ever need to load a CD I can use an external drive. I'd buy it again, however I am disappointed in Best Buy. We are members of their protection plan. I went to the local store to buy this GEEKOM IT-15. They said it was on-line only. I deliberately asked how to register this on our members plan when ordering on-line. The salesman told me to just register it using our listed phone number. I took the printed receipt to the store and asked them to add it to the plan. THEY COULD NOT. Just be aware that if you order from Best Buy on-line it will not be covered in your best buy plan! Knowing this, I could have got a better price elsewhere. Bottom line: The computer is great. Best Buy was disappointing.

    This is my second Geekom—I have an IT-13, too. I give the PC's performance a 5-star rating. Just knocking down to a 4-star ranking as I had to reinstall Windows 11 to get the latest security update to work and get my WiFi working.

    Bought to give it a test with Studio One music software.So far no issues for speed and multitasking.Just added a USB hub and send the video into a HDMI matrix so I can run 4 monitors off 1 HDMI output.I have to say it runs as well as my Asus computer I had built for my studio.

    Got this for a friend who needed a new PC and this little box is awesome with an i9 and 32GB RAM!! He's not a gamer or power user so it runs cool and quiet. I ran it hard and it did get warm and the fan runs, but I'm impressed! Especially since it comes with a 3-Year Warranty!
