I had a repair service performed by Geeksquad and the original quote was for half the actual amount when it was time to pay. I contested the amount at checkout but "there's nothing he can do because I agreed to the repair" I took it upon myself to take the issue a step further and finally reached management. Within twenty-four hours I had a refund for the overcharged amount.

This charging cord lights up while your phone is charging. Has a nice constant pattern and is a great night light.

Great tablet / laptop for notes and such. Its like having a phone without the bothersome calls and such (unless one downloads a program for calls and messages). And having a sizeable screen to work with for word processing and such that is difficult to do properly on a phone.

They really know what they're doing. If they can't fix it..they send it to the manufacturer to get fixed and gets back in less than 1 week all ready to go.

After getting burned on other problems with electronics, I recommend the Service Agreements on the higher ticket items! Better safe than sorry.

We had a nearly new laptop which was having battery problems, so we turned it in to the Geek Squad to have it checked out. It turned out to be a bad battery, but the laptop before this one had a battery still working after 10 years. Since we purchased the same brand, Toshiba, we wrongly assumed it would be of the same or similar quality. Sadly, quality of workmanship and products are not what they used to be.

The service was fine albeit quite pricey. There should be an AARP, AAA or senior discount. Retired seniors on fixed incomes like me have little money for extras.

Worth the money was easy to pack no complaints if I had to buy another one I would come back to the same location to purchase again

The clarity and options are awesome. Its very easy to operate and it was very easy to get it up and running. We love it.

The sound is so crisp, clear and concise!! The old school surround sound sounds horrible now that I’ve listened to it!!!

If you buy a computer or laptop from BestBuy I would highly recommend buying a service plan for three years.
