Although the digital downloads portal on my account did not work for this product, Best Buy pointed me in the right direction to get the best help: Noton support - 1 (855) 815-2726. They were able to remotely connect with me and assist with the download - I just needed my product keys that Best Buy sent in the email for the download. From there it took just a few minutes to get the product installed. HP support was also a great experience since they were kind and helpful.

This is a great product and am sure we will enjoy using it on our computers. Hope everything installls correctly

The Sony AX 53 video camera is a great camera with both stability and great video and picture taking features. The software initially restricts you to downloading and then finding a program that can interact with it. There is a work around. Once plugged into the computer you do not use the Drive letter such as F to download to the computer but rather USB drive. There you open the root directory and access the files as you click through. There is a steep learning curve for a great camera. The camera can Live Stream while simultaneously recording in two different resolutions such as 4k plus MPEG 4 for posting to the internet. So you do not have to dumb down the resolution while missing a higher resolution for display on a high end tv.

No issues with product. It works very well. Recommend.

The service was good for getting my hp laptop fixed.

My Def Tech speaker was “repaired” but when I got it Home, issue still existed. Sent it back out for service and speaker ended up getting junked. Doesn’t matter tho, Geek Squad made it right and I ended up with not one but two brand new equivajent speakers for nothing extra!

This phone is overall amazing except it's not shaterproof, the guy who sold it to me said it won't break when it's dropped under 6 ft and it broke when I dropped it less than 2 ft. Be really careful with it because it's expensive to fix. Besides this part it's one of the best phones I've had compared to iPhones and s7

Our desk top computer got hacked. Brought it to GS to clean it up and they did an outstanding job. Got coverage for 3 devices and had to bring in a laptop a week later. Now both computers are working great. Best Buy's best deal!

This speaker is rather nice looking along with a good performer. The bass is great for me as I have a hearing impediment in the high frequency range. This speaker has a pleasant sound with not much distortion that I can tell.

I purchased this Mac Book Pro for my daughter who will be starting college next month, and she just loves it. She says it is a lot faster and has better graphics then her old HP that she has.

Think it's that little thing that goes on the back of an IPhone so you can hold it better. Granddaughter wanted - and was thrilled that I purchased it for her. Seems to be having lots of fun with it....
