A real piece of crap! I will never buy refurbished again. Right out of the box I knew it was a mistake when it had obviously had stickers peeled off it. I had to buy Minecraft for it bc only came with a free trial, which was expired. Only it wouldnt even hold it! It glitches our so bad it waz not even usable! So there was $30 down the toilet. So I took this pc of crap laptop back for a refund & lost another $30 bc apparently it came with non-refundable Nortons, which I didn't need or want.

This is advertised under specifications as having Minecraft in the software but did not. I only chose this laptop because Minecraft was included and went through a lot of trouble to be told at the store that it did not because it was refurbished, although it clearly states refurbished in the explanation but not that refurbished computers could not include Minecraft. I spent money (because webroot could not be refunded) and time on this, so frustrating. It should not be advertised as containing something it doesn't. It also seems cheaply made and didn't run very fast. Thanks.

Average computer. Great for the price!! My son loves it. That’s all that matters to me. Didn’t come with Minecraft stickers like it was suppose to though.

If I could give no stars I would! My son opened this and didn’t even get to play with it on Christmas Day took it to the store the next day to get it back to manufacturing because that was the problem it was not reset back to manufacturing. They said they fixed it got home and it was not fix. Stayed on hold for 50 minutes with customer service they couldn’t help me so I called the store back again and they said bring it in and get your money back for it so that was a waste of time that my kid did not get to play on his computer..

Will never buy a Best Buy refurbished product again. The battery was basically dead. The computer needed to be plugged in. The computer kept crashing and this caused the OS to eventually being crashing. I had to return it, and I was in the middle of a term paper for my master's degree. Not cool!

I brought this for my 10 year old son birthday and my loves it.it was what we expected.

At the refurbished price, i have no regrets. Thought they would have given me minecraft wallpaper but whatever. Recieved with one dead pixel on the screen but can only see it when screen is black.

It was suppose to have minecraft already on it but wasnt they want me to pay for sole purpose of laptop and didnt get minecraft stickers

Works great. Battery life is good as well. Compact and fits almost anywhere.

I’m so upset Minecraft didn’t even come on here and something else’s was suppose to come too but it didn’t ughhhh

Some of the keys stick and it doesn't work. I wpuld not recommend.

This laptop is very sensitive and you can buy a new one you can only get a refurbished. I hope they more options in the future.

Best starter for the teen or a beginner that doesn't know the laptop

1st opened, it was green. I would have never order any thing green. Not what i expected, & too small. Very disappointed

The laptop is worse than the average school computer. This is more horrible than anything else doing this. This thing is supper misleading with the fact that it has Minecraft on it. The speed is somehow worse than the school wifi, and comebooks.

Works fine for what it is andis person that said that mine craft supposed to come on laptop needs to learn to read directions. You have to download from the store

Nice little computer for a child. Came with Minecraft originally (when purchased new). Obviously the refurbished one has been used and traded back in so the code will not be there and if it is, it will not work (most likely). It's not the fastest thing around but it's not intended to be nor would anyone who knows anything about computers expect it to be. My 9 year old son absolutely loves this thing.
