It's very frustrating because I can't charge through things as I write. Perhaps this is a defect in this particular computer. But since I travel coast to coast, the time for return has expired. I also bought one at my other residence and when I'm there in 2 weeks, I'm going to take note of this. Also, perhaps the Geek Squad can look at it.

Has the Word program Suite. Which is a plus. Works better than the chrome books. Where it’s lacking is picture looks washed out, and sound became extremely low after only 3 months of use. I’m gonna see if there’s any manufacture warranty cover this issue. I’ll update you! Otherwise it’s a good buy considering the price.
