Nice cheap computer for early teen

My 13 year old isn’t the most responsible when it comes to electronics but we are moving to a new school district and I wanted her yo have a way yo stay in contact with her friends. This computer was the compromise for her to prove she can be responsible for a cell phone. Will mainly be used for video chatting and watching Netflix, YouTube and tik tok. It’s been fine so far for those purposes.
