I honestly haven't used it very much bcz I haven't needed to do really anything that I can't easily do on my phone but the few times I've used it, it's been satisfactory. She Couldn’t Even Wait Until Christmas To Open Her Gift. When She Seen That Not Only Was It A Laptop But That It Was Pink She Instantly Starting Tearing Up. It’s Hard To Find A Reasonable Laptop With The Color Of Your Choice But Best Buy Had Exactly What I Was Looking For.

If you get one that works it is excellent.Just be aware there is an age restriction to down load mine-craft. If the Microsoft account is assigned to your child and they are under 10 years old you will not be able to download mine-craft.

Smaller than I anticipated but that doesn't bother me. Good for simple things like browsing the web, online shopping, social media, etc.

I purchased this product for my son for his birthday because he is a huge Minecraft fan and wanted to graduate from playing on an iPad to this laptop. Unfortunately, the lag is too much for smooth playing on this laptop. I went as far as lowering all the graphics settings to minimum still too laggy for online play with friends. I ended up returning this laptop as the lagginess greatly affected my son's playing experience, It is a value for the price however it will not do what it's marketed to do very well. It would be good for general word processing and web browsing.

He loves that he is able to do all his school work as if it was a desk top. The keys are also in the same place as a desk top as well. Overall he thinks us was a great fit for him
