The front plate comes off frequently at the top and the closing magnets get pulled out of place when opening and closing.

It’s no getting through to them that you want a refund for their faulty product. I purchased 2 of these laptops for my computer room. Less than 6 months one of them started experiencing problems. Tried contacting Geo due to being still in warranty and they response time is 2 days later or none at all. The rep there stated Best Buy has to refund me and Best Buy stating Geo has to honor the warranty. I believe there equally responsible. Buy shouldn’t sale products for this company if the company not honoring there share of the bargain. It makes Best Buy look bad as well. Geo is stationed in the UK and doesn’t communicate by phone concerning there products.

When I started to install the software, I found an issue with screen.. the screen is showing three vertical lines. I tried to re- start the laptop but still the same issue.. I returned it next day and they did not have another one.
