GeoBook 120 12.5-inch HD Laptop Included- power adapter, quick start guide This little GeoBook laptop is the perfect beginner laptop for little kids. They obviously don't need anything fancy, powerful or complicated so this is great for preschool up to elementary age. The blue color is fun but wish they offered a lot more choices. The 12.5 inch screen is sufficient for whatever tasks or browsing they may have. It's very lightweight at 3 pounds which makes it easily portable. The casing is made of plastic, but it has a grippy rubbery feel, so it's not slippery. Hopefully little hands don't drop it as easily or have it slide off a surface. As far as specs are concerned- it offers an Intel Celeron dual core processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage. There is a front facing camera and a microphone. It also includes a 1 year subscription to Microsoft Personal 365. There are 4 ports- 1 HDMI, 2 USB-A and 1 USB-C and a headphone jack and microSD slot. The resolution is 1366x768 1366 x 768 (HD) which is sufficient for this laptop. A few little details that would be nice if they would improve on to make this laptop even better. The keyboard would be nice if it was backlit and make the lettering on the keyboard more noticeable since it's hard to see the white on the light blue keys. There is no warranty at all on this device. The GeoBook laptop is basic but very budget friendly. It's a great alternative to Chromebooks and will be useful for younger kids with school and some play.

Purchased two at the end of September for a Christmas gift for my 8 and 9 year old boys. With chip and supply shortages i wanted to purchase early as the market recommended. Out of the box, Christmas momrning, one of the chargers didn’t work. The next day one stopped turing on. Reached out Best Buy and since out of return period it's not their problem. Waiting on manufacturer for assistance. Both companies lost our future business. Way to take care of long time customers BB...

poor quality and poor everything really. Can't do much at all and this broke in a week! Glad I had insurance

Bought this for my son's home schooling. Out of the box it was slow. I returned this which upset him greatly.

Geobook 120 was sold as including Minecraft. Minecraft was NOT installed. Tried to get it installed by best buy but they wanted to charge me $40, which I refused. I then contacted GeoBook 120 manufacturer They were unable to install Minecraft on the GeoBook 120 after three (3)+ weeks of trying!!! I then returned the GeoBook 120 to Best Buy. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from both companies.

A waste of money! We did not even have a chance to set up the computer when the LCD screen broke

Bought 2 for Christmas - 1 screen broke after 3 months and limited usage! The other currently will not turn on, the first did this before the screen magically broke! Charging light is on but not turning on! Dont believe the high ratings on this ….I did and currently with no computer for the kids this summer! $$$$$wasted!

Apps wouldn’t update it eventually stop turning on every three or four days not good for virtual school.

I purchased this for my daughter, and the first day of use the battery life does not last. I charged her laptop the night before, and took it off the charger in the morning for her class, and around 12:30 she said she needed the adapter to plug it back in bc she was on 15%. I will be returning the item, since she hasn’t had it for long (Christmas return) The display is also kind of blue in color. Irritating on the eyes.

Cannot see the keyboard, no backlight, which i knew, however, the white lettering make it next to impossible to read in any light.
