We just love the 80's. Now all these great movies from the 80's are being made available in high definition. I still love going to a store and finding movies on the shelf.

This movie in certain way tried to achieve what “The day after tomorrow” did using the climate subject except this time is caused directly by the man. This is where the script tumbles. If you love special effects specially with destruction you will be entertained but don’t expect more than that.

Your typical big action world ending movie. Not bad at all really.

A pretty good movie with some darn good computer generated images

It’s what one would expect to see in the movie genre of storms nearly wiping out the world. It does a good job with special effects and most of the acting is pretty good for the genre. I still can’t get over how annoying the younger brother was, but that’s just how it goes sometimes.

This film was much better than I expected it to be especially with the decline in Gerad butlers career. However I was pleasantly surprised by the plot & action.

Boring movie. 3D doesn’t save this one. Won’t watch again

Gerard Butler did another great job in the movie, good storyline and enough action without overdoing it and killing what the movie is really about.
