Does a good job loved the price point , and the 3 year warranty . Only wish it had auto mode so you could tell it actually was doing its job . Maybe in the future . This model will grow to that .

Air feels better, but it is really noisy even on speed 2. Not sure if I will keep.

I have a smaller one in my room and a small one I take to work. This is an amazing brand and not too overpriced. This is not too loud and does not take away from when you have conversations. Is not an eyesore

It has helped me with my allergies which nothing else seemed to help.

I can’t believe how quiet this is and does the job. We use it in our masters bedroom. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

On the highest setting, it's a little loud but it does a fantastic job with dander and odors.

Purchased this in November and have been using it everyday! The low settings so super quiet and does not distract you at all.

Runs great. I leave it on 3 when in another room. 1 and 2 are quiet enough to be on when you're in the room.

I ordered several for our condo. Best Buy price was comparable and delivery speed was great.

The purifier left an old clothes/musty smell in the room. The fan was pretty loud. I wasn’t satisfied with the product so had to return.

I ordered this unit brand new but was given a factory refurbished unit. This is not a fault of the unit but a fault of best buy. The unit I received was scuffed up on both the inside and outside of the front panel. It still had dust on the inside. I am quite unhappy with this purchase. I did not choose a refurbished model, I chose a new model. This was on sale and best buy saw that as an opportunity to get rid of some returned/defective units at the full sale price.

Such a big change from before with out one ! So I bought another

well I bought this in Oct 2019 and now it's Mar 2020 and replacement filters are no longer available at Best Buy or the manufacturer. So what a deal I have a worthless appliance when I have to change the filter I have to but a new system. Very poor that Best Buy would sell a discontinued produce, So far I can't find a replacement third party filter due to then not having the size needed.

We really like this product. Its quiet and efficient.

The replacement filter is difficult to find and VERY expensive. Almost as expensive as the machine itself. I am not impressed.

Air flow is strong, definitely improves air quality if you have pets that shed fur. It’s relatively quiet on the lower settings but is definitely loud on the highest setting. Replacement filters are pricey at approx $70-$80 each time every 3-6 month depending on how often you use it.
