I was looking for a cheap one room air filter. This one has good reviews and appears to be built well. What I don't like is that it vibrates a lot even on a firm surface and is noisy even on low setting. I have pets and have to dust the room this is in often but the filter never appears to feet dirty so I think it doesn't have enough circulating power to do any filtering. I would recommend spending a bit more money and get something with a little more power and is quieter.

This purifier makes a great noticeable difference in the air quality. I was struggling with bad allergies at night, seasonal and a little from my dog too. I couldn't breath out of my nose and had a sore throat when I woke up. I now use this purifier when I go to sleep and have not had any problems since, even with my dog in bed with me. It's great! It's a little loud but well worth it. I bought one for my sister who struggles with allergies as well.

Filter is easy to clean, easy to remove. Even in a large room, it is still quite loud.

had the same brand, but older model. bought this one, and very happy with the purchase. works in the bedroom around the clock . have cats, so it cleans the air from pet hair, etc., very efficiently. great price.

This tabletop air purifier works wonders. It works fantasticand eliminates household odors. I cook a lot and sometimes foods mix smells. This makes air crisp and clear. Don't buy the $200 ones. Just get a few for deifferent rooms on different floors. I'm going to buy a couple more!

Works great for my bedroom and I was able to notice a big difference the first night. I like to sleep with a fan on for a little white noise and this is a perfect replacement.

I bought this for traveling. I needed something lightweight and easy to pack. It worked great for my week trip in Jan.

I like how quiet it is and that the replacement filter is reasonably priced.

It did not take long for this little monster to do the trick. Air is really fresh now.

I bought this for my son's room and ran it every night. Although I changed the filter as recommended, the unit died in a matter of months. Very disappointing. I expected better quality.

It quit working after five months, just like the one I had ordered from elsewhere quit working after five months. It is not Best Buy's fault, it is the company's.

I love this little tabletop air purifier! It uses HEPA filtration and really does remove airborne particles for a healthier environment. The compact design makes it ideal for placement on a desk or night stand. It is very quiet, easy to use, and the cost of the unit is modest. Down sides to it are: short cord, odors remain in the air, and filters cost up to 1/2 the price of the purifier and aren't the easiest thing to find.

I will be exchanging this product. Pro: -it's small and I can easily transition from room to room -it seems to purify the air well and I'm not waking up as stuffy as nights when I don't use it -price Con: -Contrary to other reviews, I find this product to be extremely loud on any of the settings. I'd almost compare it to one of those large box fans. Enough that I'll exchange it for a different unit. -the area that this purifies is small (200 sq ft)

I bought two of these. One for my bedroom and one for my office. The first one I put in my bedroom and it works great. It's whisper quiet even on high and I can tell that the dust in the air is reduced drastically. The air has a nice clean smell to it and I've noticed I'm less stuffed up in the mornings. The second unit for my office sounds like a boat motor. On medium and low it bangs like the motor is loose and out of balance. It's not bad on high but it's still twice as loud as my other one. I'm going to return it and have them get me another one. I'll post it on here if there are any problems with that one.

Bought this to filter out dust and air particles while there was some minor construction going on in my house. It worked very well for a bedroom. It could use a quieter mode for sleeping but if you put it at the corner away from the bed and run it on low it was fine.

I just bought 2 of these last night because I have pets, a bad air conditioning system, problems with mold and allergies. I bought one for my kitchen and one for my bedroom. Last night I set the one up in the kitchen because that's where the mold spores are and that's where 2 of my dogs sleep. This morning the room had no odor whatsoever so I set the second one up in my bedroom which always smells of the cat's litter box which is in the master bath, plus just the fact of having 3 cats. Within 2 hours I went back in the room and ALL of the odor was completely gone.. litterbox and all !! I'm VERY impressed with these, The reason I bought this particular one was because it not only had a HEPA filter but has a carbon filter and UV technology for effective germ/bacteria elimination and its ability to kill mold spores in addition to filtering out other pathogens, pet dander, etc. It's small and very quiet and can be put almost anywhere... on a counter, desk, dresser, bookcase, etc. There are 3 speeds, filters last 6-8 mos and the UV light can last many years w/o replacement. Best appliance I've bought and only wish I'd bought one a long time ago. Having a fresh smelling , healthy house is wonderful !

So far, I really like this air purifier. I purchased it to use at work. It is small, lightweight and fits perfectly on top my desk. I feel like I can breathe better and am less congested. Hopefully, it works as well as it is supposed to.

Due to the reviews, I purchased this unit. I liked the size & style. Perfect for my desk. Really nice looking unit. I was truly disappointed when I turned it on. It was so loud. I returned it to the store but I am going to order another one & hope the next one lives up to the good reviews it has received. Just waiting for Best Buy to reissue my $30.00 rewards certificate that I used for this one. Wish me luck. I really like this unit.
