We bought two of these units on April 2017. We were very happy with these products. We had already replaced the filters a couple of times, as well as the UV light. However, after about 10 months of usage one of them starting generating warm air. We got concerned and stopped using it. BestBuy said we needed to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked us to ship it to them at our own expense and they they would fix is because we were under the year warranty. After a very poor customer service email exchange they decided to send the unit back to us. No explanation was provided. I had to emailed them and ask about what was done to the unit. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the unit. They simply sent it back to us. In a nutshell: skip to other brand, this company does not stand by their product.

The product is easy to set up and use. The fan sound is quite dismissible at setting 3 or lower.

Great value air filter, a little noisy on highest speed number 5 but the fan speed number 4 is perfect.

Honestly there isnt much to say about this product other than, its amazing how well it works. Simple interface, good airflow, stylish design, the light has a pleasing aesthetic. Then getting into the nitty gritty of it all, after a week of use and checking the filter. WOW This product has done nothing but surprise me with how well it worked. Definitely glad I took the best buy employees suggestion.
