I bought one for my mother who live is a home where someone smokes, couldn't believe within two days she had stopped coughing. So I bought one for myself because I was waking up everyday with a sinus headache; not anymore! This has been wonderful and I tell everyone about it. Even my doctor was glad I got one; he is using one too, said they are the best thing for you when you are sleeping. Best thing I've done for myself!

When I used after a while I did not see any change on filter like it was not properly working.

Did not come with a instruction manual or xtra filter as the box indicated

I am a smoker and bought a house. This was a spur of moment purchase and the best thing I have bought of all the stuff I've had to buy. I only smoke inside at night and put this close to ash tray. Been a week and no smoke smell at all!!!!. I am probably going to buy another one of these. Also cuts down on dust but no smoke smell is my fav. And replacement filters are only $30 every 6 to 8 months.

VERY UNHAPPY THAT I SPENT $181.00 ON AN AIR CLEANER THAT DOESN'T EVEN CLEAR THE SMELLS AS WELL AS MY 5 YEARS OLD CLEANER.

My 2 year daughter has cat allergies and we have a cat. We really needed to get an air purifier. After reading the stellar reviews on this one, we pulled the trigger over a year ago and have been super happy with the purchase! Works great and isn't very loud at all. It has 5 power speeds and number 5 does get loud. But you would only need to put it on that mode for a large room. We keep it on level 3 and it doesn't bother us at all. Highly recommend!

I bought the Germguardian airpurifier this week and we already see the difference. No more itchy eyes, scratchy throat and stuffy nose; we both feel noticeably better in regard to severe allergies and asthma. I choose this air purifier over others for its HEPA filter, UV light system, 5 years manufacturer warranty, quality/price ratio, and good ratings. Note that the replacement filters are less expensive than those of better known brands. Background: my husband and I are both allergy sufferers and he has asthma. We live in the Kansas Flint Hills and this year allergies have been fiercest that ever: mold, ragweed, goldenrod, grasses, etc... We live in a 100 years old house with stone walls in the basement and the transfer of the ground's humidity/wetness behind them produces an ideal mold growing environment despite the use of a dehumidifier.

purchased to help with sinus/allergy issues as well as to eliminate pet odor. This has done both and changed my life! I bought 3, one for each floor in my home!! Love this product! Works well. Significantly decreased the pet odor around my house within the first days. People used to complain about the smell of my dog, but now can longer smell it.

I live in an apartment where the neighbors upstairs are cigarette smokers. I recently started smelling cigarette smoke throughout my apartment. I hate the smell of cigarette smoke! So I purchase this product after reading so many reviews. I bought the purifier yesterday and left it running on level 5 all night. This morning I woke up and the cigarette smoke is gone, and the air in my apartment smells so much cleaner! I highly recommend. The only downside is the noise. But I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me! Buy buy buy! This thing is worth every dollar!

I have been using it for couple of months. It cleans air pretty well in the bedroom. I used it once after cooking fish and it cleaned the kitchen air very well too. Over all, it was a good purchase.

Best air purifier I have every purchase. I have bought 1 for my son and my daughter house and they love it as well.

I can't complaint about this product. I love it I had pneumonia and this helped.

Great unit but way overpriced. You can buy similar at Walgreen for much less. Didn't notice and air quality improvements.

This doesn't move air volume at all rather pathetic 167 sq ft and there not lying this needs to be moved to every room your in. Its going back Il just pay the big bucks the brushless motor one for $600 with wifi and a app does 600 sq ft. It doesnt cut it for me

I'm buying this today and I'm not sure where to buy the bulb and filter at ? They don't sell them at Best Buy

I bought this in January and went into the same store where I bought it from only to find out that the filter cartridges and UV bulbs are not available in stores. I need a filter cartridge today and have to order it online requiring a significant wait. Avoid Germ Guardian unless you are willing to plan very far ahead and have filter cartridges along with UV bulbs on hand when your purifier inevitably needs one.

Noticed the hepa and charcoal filters have a strong foul chemical smell in them. The smell comes from the unit when turned on. Supposed to get the smell out of the air not cause it. Taking back tomorrow also cheaply made for for costing a$169.00.

All buttons Stopped working after 1 day used except for power button (on/off)
