Just got my case and trying instead of getting another life proof. Size feels about the same and so the weight to me. The design looks good and although my iPhone 7 is water proof ( to a certain extent) it's nice to have that extra protection. don't really like the wheel to put the phone on silent. Would prefer the toggle switch like all others. Just seems for natural. The fingerprint scanner cutout is too far pushed in. You almost have to press your finger kinda hard into it for it to actually work. But it does work and hasn't failed yet so plus. Some of the buttons on the side need to be pressed a little harder but that expected with all cases like this. The sound quality from a phone call is good as I did a few test calls on speaker and normal and they heard me just fine as did I. Music also sounded nice and clear like the phone calls. What I really didn't like about this case is the front screen protector. I found myself having to press the screen a little hard to get it to read inputs and the space right above the finger print scanner, where the space bar and bottom row of the keyboard, the screen protector didn't lay flat on the phone so every time you hit a button on the bottom row, you have to really pressed down and push the screen protector down so it touches the phone to read your Input. Feels like an air pocket that won't go away. That's why I always used the Lifeproof Nuude which has no screen film. If Ghostek would make this case without a film over the screen, then it would be 10x better. Pretty much for this reason alone i probably won't stay with this case on too long.

Ghostek products never cease to amaze me. I bought this case to protect my new iPhone 7 which is my daily use phone. A few of my family members use the Ghostek cases and they love them. I enjoy this case because : 1. It looks sleek and ergonomic. 2. It shows off the phones beauty with the clear back. 3. It has an aluminum frame which allows for better protection of the phone and the aluminum can be bought in several colors. And even better, since it's not the entire case that has the color it stands out more. 4. Easy access to all buttons and port. 5. It comes with instructions (if needed) I read one review here that mentioned that the front of the case is a little loose which has that person pressing harder on the screen to get it to do what they want. While some might see this as a negative, I see it a a positive. I always put a glass protector on my phones regardless of the type of case. And now by having a waterproof case that allows room for the glass protector is a just a huge plus. While I do think this case can provide the necessary protection, I feel very confident that it will handle any situation from a drop or spill in the water.

I'll be brief, since many of the reviews are long. The case is pretty solid and is of the quality I've come to expect from Ghostek. The main reason for a 4 onstead of 5 is cost; sure it's not $100 like some others, but a little time on the net can land you one significantly cheaper. Flipside: product loyalty. I like Ghostek. It's not bulky like some waterproof cases & it looks good on the phone. Con: I don't personally like the dial for the silent function; I prefer a toggle. It seems to effectively keep water out with a faucet & steamroom test, and I will be testing it further in the ocean this weekend. I will update if it does not withstand my watersports.

Better than Lifeproof! I have owned a lifeproof case and I really prefer the style of the Ghostek Atomic 3 Case.I like the feel of the case and the aluminum wheel to silent the phone. It snaps together very smoothly and the buttons also work well. The corners have nice cushion for protection and the case is dust proof and water proof as advertised. Definitely worth the money which is much less than a Lifeproof case.

Returned. Didn't like any feature about it. Especially the side button.

Really nice cover. I was able to get the case on the phone quickly. The case is light even with the metal edging. Raised metal buttons feel more responsive than the normal rubbery ones on other cases. I was happy when I was able to have a nice clear conversation with people on the phone and they were able to hear me. Have not tried the case to see how waterproof it is.

To me I think the case is pretty good, it has a good size and is not to big, it keeps out water very well and i really like the design of it too. The only things that i personally didn't like about the case is that it makes it hard for me to get into my apps and i always have to press more then once and that can make it pretty frustrating, and the case is covering the speakers witch therefor makes it hard to here my music or alarm in the morning. Over all though i think it was a good phone case but could use some improvements.

I purchased this case because it is less expensive than a Lifeproof case and provides the same waterproof protection. The case comes in several colors and is high quality. I like the machined metal outer casing as it is not going to start falling apart like the multiple Lifeproof cases I have owned. The case doesn't decrease the reception or sound quality. It goes together much easier than a lifeproof, so taking it off to clean it is easy. The charging port cover is tight and there is plenty of space to plug the phone in when the port cover is removed. The only weakness is the thin covering over the home button. It is a little loose (bubbles up) after a little use and I'm not sure how long it will last, so far so good.

Received my case, unpackaged and must say it looks really nice. I performed water test and it passed with flying colors. It does not have as low profile like I thought it would but it's not bulky like an otter box. I like the volume switch it has because it is very easy to maneuver. I made a few phone calls and the sound quality is great. I had a life proof and it always had a funny sound like it was under water. Overall, I think this Ghostek Atomic 3 is a good case to have.

This phone case is very tough and looks great. I tested the water proofing in my sink and it passed as I am writing thison my phone. The buttons and the ports work great especially the turn knob for the ringer switch, it is better than any case Ive had including L***p****. The front screen works even with my tempered glass screen protector on, no problems with texts. The only negative which Im not even counting is the white cleaning cloth that comes with it has a lot of lint. Other than that it is a great case.

First off shipping was fast. Packaging was clean and simple. Putting the case on my iPhone 7 was easy and appeared secure. Before writing this i Have had the case for 7 days and put it through my daily routine. First issue I ran into was none of my 3rd party chargers will work with my case. Luckily I have an apple cable and usb in my truck. The apple cable works with no issue. Second issue, is I dock my phone at night. The case is not compatible with my dock. I have to take the phone out of the case to dock it. Now, for the good parts, the case is strong, I dropped the phone on purpose 3 or 4 times. There was no damage to the case or the phone. Very happy with that, as in my job, many phones have been damaged. I think this case will be my saving grace. Also found that the water proofing dies work, I substituted my phone with a broken 7 and put in the sink. NO LEAKS!! I was shocked!!! Very happy with that! For the price and the protection. I can recommend this case. Its a better fit than other protective cases and looks good to boot.

I bought this Ghostek - Atomic 3 Series Case for Apple® iPhone® 7 - Black, this case is exceptional! Fits snug and safe in the case. The installation was easy and when you close or seal it up, it feels very secure. All of the buttons work well except for one thing. There is a very small or thin air gap between the actual phone glass (screen) and the screen protector. This isn't a deal breaker BUT I have had other cases that have their screen protector lay flush against the phone screen which makes it feel like there isn't even a screen protector built in. The sensitivity is better when the screen protectors lay flush right against the phone screen. And if there was one other thing I had to mention, it would be the home button is a little hard to reach with the case being built up so high right around that home button. However, that said, this is case is still Awesome! It feels very safe and durable. 4/5 stars!

This case has good coverage and a sleek design. It had good audio quality. The one problem I have with the case is the encircled home button making it more difficult to press and to swipe up the easy access menu. Overall it's a decent case.

I have always put waterproof cases on my iphone, first starting off with the lifeproof, then to otterbox, and iblason. And they all have one issue that i cannot stand - call quality. If I can hear the other person ok, then they can't hear me or the other way around. Another thing I cannot stand is having to put them on speaker and open the charging port to have a normal conversation. I first found ghostek when i had the 6s and loved the case. Down the road, i upgraded to the 7 and bought this case. So far, so good, people can hear me and my phone stays in brand new condition no dirt or water damage possible. One thing i do notice, but does not bother me is the home button area is a little elevated to where you almost have to press it. Again, not an issue but just one improvement i could suggest. I would recommend this to a friend.

Had an otter box before but was too bulky. This case blows that out of the water! Better protection that it and way less bulk plus great looks awesome!!

Fits iphone 7 and offers good pertection. I like this case better than my lifeproof.

The case is very similar to the lifeproof case. I found this case to be much better because it is not all plastic like the lifeproof. The case is very durable and does a great job protecting the phone. I've dropped the phone in the case and didn't even notice it. The case also comes with a screen protector and that's very helpful. The case works with touch id and I've not had any problems with it.

This case is awesome. It protects it from alot of things like the dirt and drops.. The fact that it has a lanyard is pretty cool.. I really like the design!
