I got Is scammed from an AT&T representative claiming to be an affiliate of Best Buy. I complained when I found out it was a scam and Best Buy wouldn't do anything for me, NOTHING, especially at Christmas time. Pretty sad with all the money that I've spent there over the years. If they didn't have Best Buy exclusive steelbooks I wouldn't never shop here again after that ordeal.

Worked very well for the issue at hand when the cashier didn't apply my discounts which also messed up my rewards. I ended up having to spend some time on the phone with customer service to correct the Best Buy Rewards, which I did eventually get. Cashiers simple error caused a lot of issues. I still don't seem to get the notifications of offers like I used to, but I still get the emails.

Came in handy i was impressed. When i bought the Galaxy 20 i didnt recieve a g8ft card and i spent the same amount on the 20 as well the 26.

Great concept, and the easiest coding for remotes I've ever seen but very finicky, had to be pointed in one perfect direction for all pistons to fire

I love a Best Buy gift card. With all the electronics I use on a daily basis, there’s always something I could need from Best Buy and having a gift card, always comes in handy! Only downside is that they’re not very durable (the ones I’ve had at least). They’re like flimsy cardboard.

Waited for about 30 min till someone helped me. HDMI will do what it does. Not going to best buy at the forum again

My gift card turned out to have been expired for over a month from the day I received it and therefore completely useless. I called the store and they told me I needed to come back to the Geek Squad in person to resolve the issue,

Terrible returned a washer I paid $700 for and they took back the gift cards which is understandable however I bought another washer the same evening paid over $1000 dollars for it with $200 for geek squad $160 for protection and I didn’t get one gift card go figure

I was happy to get the New graphic card with HDMI for my computer, but when I installed it the HDMI didn't work, I called Nvidia Tech. for help and they said that the video card is not compatible to my motherboard because is older then 2013, so why when you want to buy a new graphic card there is no indication for compatibility?? Stupid! , I returned the card.

I had requested for alternate gift card which I lost after purchase I immediately notified Best Buy team was promised by support team just after purchase that I will receive another gift card in 10 days but never received email or call bad support team
