Customers are saying

Customers recognize the 34" LED UltraWide WQHD FreeSync Monitor with HDR as having excellent screen size, refresh rate, and resolution, leading to positive feedback on picture quality and gaming performance. Many appreciate the monitor's value for its price and the inclusion of HDR, although some found the built-in speakers underwhelming. A few users reported issues with flickering or dead pixels, and some expressed minor concerns about the stand's design. Overall, the positive aspects of the display seem to outweigh the negative for most customers.

Best budget 1440p monitor out there! Built in speaker too, even if they’re not the best.

    Awesome Upgrade!

This monitor has been a major upgrade for work and gaming! I work from home and previously used two monitors. Previously I had 2 1080 60Hz monitors and I had my doubts if this would really be a plus for work. From the first moment I used this monitor, I realized how much of an upgrade it was for work productivity. No more constantly moving windows around, as I often use multiple programs at the same time. The ability to just glance from one program to the next is awesome. I'm working with spread sheets all day long and the ability to stretch out the spreadsheet and eliminate scrolling is another huge plus! Games look so much better, color depth is fantastic, and adjusting from games to work is easy with the joystick that controls the monitor. This is a big plus as I use a KVM switch to share the mouse and keyboard between my work computer and personal computer. To switch the monitor from one computer to the other, I just simply tap the joystick to the right, up comes the input menu, and I can easily switch to the other computer. A quick tap down and I can change the picture mode. The range of picture modes is excellent! I spent many hours in front of the monitor, between work and play, and I love that I can turn it way up for gaming, then turn it down for reading or work stuff. Text is crisp and sharp. Even though the text is a bit smaller, coming from 1080, it is clearer and easier to read than my previous monitor. I've watched many monitor reviews before deciding to purchase this monitor. No lie, price was a factor, and I'm so glad I got this monitor. It is awesome and it has been a great investment for me.

I purchased this monitor for productivity and gaming. On both fronts it has been exellent for the price I paid. Since it is a VA panel and not an IPS there is noticeable color change when viewing the panel from a less than optimal seating position, but if you are using this as solely a personal monitor that's not really an issue. Compared to a $700+ IPS monitor with similar specs I think this monitor is a great value.

I bought this monitor for my home office so I can better update and edit books. The large curved screen replaced a small, flat monitor and the difference in ease of editing, viewing multiple windows, and seeing attendees in zoom meetings made the switch worth it within a week of purchase. I expect there will be less eye fatigue as well in the long run. The refresh rate makes for very comfortable viewing.

So far so good. I was experiencing some intermittent flickering which I read is pretty common but have not experienced it for a couple weeks now. This also may have been caused by my sleep settings on my laptop, so after changing that I haven’t experienced any flickering, but time will tell. Besides that, the picture quality is pretty nice and I’ve had no issues. For the price it’s really great and I’ll update here if anything changes.

I actually bought this thinking it was a 1440p (2K) monitor due to the price. I was surprised when I turned it on and it selected 4K resolution. I use this for work and gaming. Build and stand quality are great. Easy install and the picture is beautiful. I play ffxiv on 4k now via my rtx 3070 on max settings. For the $400 price it is absolutely a fantastic 144hz 4K monitor.

First Gigabyte monitor and first UW. colors out the box weren't as crisp to my liking, but you can find settings out there to make it more vibrant. Built in speakers aren't great, but who really uses them? The menu toggle button is easy to use. More reviews can be found on YouTube, but this is great for daily use. Good for gaming, video editing, movies, work.

If you are deciding between this and the AOC CU34, go with this. The USB port isn't worth the extra money. Save your money. Buy hentai mouse pads. This monitor will provide everything you need for gaming. If you're doing creative work, go find an IPS. Also good luck finding the Gigabyte in stock. Godspeed kings.

Good buy and excellent for gaming. As long as you have the room for two curved monitors, I definetely recommend for the perfect gaming set up. As long as you buy a Dual mounting arm stand that is. Otherwise the center base can take up too much real estate on your desk. Excellent response time for gaming.

Excellent monitor with high refresh ultrawide at 1440p. HDR is available however I recommend keeping it disabled and enabling it in supported in game settings. Keeping it enabled through monitor settings tends to make day to day stuff not look great but in games that support it, it looks amazing (destiny 2). Easily the best budget ultrawide 1440p/144hz.... if you can find it available.

Been using this for a couple of weeks now and It has been amazing, I upgraded from a 24.5 inch 1920x1080p 144hz 1 ms monitor and I can definetly say this is milles better. Mine had no defects, no dead pixels, no scractches or anything of the sort, everything works just fine. The colors out of the box are not the best, but with a little tweaking it can be easily fixed, It has 3 custom profiles in which you can assign your different monitor settings I have yet to see another monitor at this price range that lets you do that it's amazing and the little joystick on the right side of the monitor to adjust everything is also pretty easy and neat to use. If you are planning to use the monitor speakers they're obviously not the best, but I've seen people calling them "horrible" or "a piece of cr@$" I'm not really that picky about sound and I use or will use 99.999% of the time my headsets but I could live using this speakers for a while, so they're not the best but they do their job just fine, just be sure to have some sort of speakers or headsets of your own if you want a better experience. So in conclusion at least for me, this is by far the best 34 inch 3440x1440p 144hz monitor at this price range in the market for now I did my research before getting one and I have no doubt there is nothing better at $399 or below, would definetly recommend it to anyone.

panel quality is superb. Colors are amazing. Built for gaming. bought as a Birthday present for myself hoping it would work great for productivity, but couldn't get used to the curve. My son loved getting it to play and he has been enjoying it since. he loves the wide angle in Fortnite and games like that. The controls could be made a bit easier on the end user not everyone has an Engineering degree.

Great monitor. I had 4 monitors attached to two separate computers. This monitor connects to both computers and still has enough screen space fore both. Got rid of all the cables and with the push of a button on the back of the monitor I can switch between the two. The resolution is great for windows 10,

Screen has been great. I have had it for about a year and is still my go to for gaming. The ultrawide definitely makes for a better experience and is hard to go back to a normal 1080 screen. HDR isnt the best and I wish the power off was better than holding for 3 seconds but other than that I love this screen.
