Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve just bought this on January 17 and arrived on the 25th online from Best Buy and sent it for geek squad for installation; however, getting a phone call that it was possibly dead on arrival which was disappointing. I was told this is really rare to happen to anyone else when a GPU comes to you defective. Come on AMD, don’t do this to me. I left the RTX side to give you guys a shot but I’m getting disappointing results. I’ve bought another one just to see if this will happened again. If it does, good bye AMD GPUs..

Wouldn't be an issue considering the shortage except mine caused random restarts every 5 mins. 3 days later fresh drivers, windows install and new psu... as much as it pains me, ive decided to return it.

AMD drivers are plagued with issues. If possible stick to Nvidia or your old working cards. Also Best buy only gives you 14 days to do a return for all these cards which honestly isn't enough time to run and test them. Most my issues became apparent at the 20 day mark.

Keeps black sceen crashing on me as well as 1 of its 3 fans refuses to activate. The best buy services through the application is making it rather difficult to use the warranty.
