I was Excited until I got it installed.

It crashes to Desktop when running any game for 1-4 hours. This seems to be a common problem for this generation card and even on the 3rd revision they still have issues. Just be aware you might get a defective card out of the box.

When gaming my screen just goes black and the fans ramp up to 100%. RMA'd and waiting on Gigabyte to return it

Good LHR Card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good GPU for gaming, a bit overpriced for a 3080 but still fair enough compared to scalpers. It should be noted that this card IS LHR even though Best Buy does not list it as such, definitely a bit misleading. Per Nvidia: "Because these GPUs originally launched with a full hash rate, we want to ensure that customers know exactly what they’re getting when they buy GeForce products. "..."The identifier will be in retail product listings and on the box." There is a small stamp on the bottom of the box, but nothing on Best Buy's website about this at all. Some buyers will definitely want to take this into account when planning their purchase.
