The first few seasons of Glee were the best! They had the best songs and the best cast. If you can get these first three seasons for about 20 dollars each, then you should go for it. This was only about 20 bucks for 6 discs. The episodes are a little less than 45 minutes each. Each disc has a jukebox extra feature that lets you play the song performances of each episode...very cool! I love this feature because the singing is my favorite part of the show! You can either play all of them or one by one. I think it lets you shuffle them, too. If you put the subtitles on, you will see the words to the songs, too!

how can i not want this when i'm in love with musicals!!!! anything that involves singing and dancing is a plus for me! they are so talented

great delivery on time before Christmas. I ordered it at almost last minute and was able to get it on time anyways.

Glee has got to be one of the BEST shows I've ever seen, and now it's going to be on DVD! This show is for everyone, the young, the heartbroken, or if you're just bored, it makes everyone's day! So pre-order or pickup a copy! You won't regret it!

The plot was great for the first half of the show. I like how they branched off and had others sing like the Acafellas. It was a great way to add diversity to the mix instead of focusing too much on the kids. Then the second half of the show focused more on the kids and emphasized less on the other characters and their personal lives/problems which can make it annoying when it's just the kids over and over again. Still, great season. The quality of the show can look horrible when the kids would sing on stage. There are times when all those stage lights (which I assume is causing the bad quality) are filmed with the kids singing, the lights cause this laminated look to the picture that makes it look very sub-par quality. Outside of the stage, everything else looks great. The extras aren't great except the Jukebox which cuts into all the songs right away and play them for you. That's the only feature I like along with the karaoke and the rest are just lame stuff to fill up the disc, I guess. Overall, great season so hopefully they'll have more characters branching out and sing more songs to add more development than just those set of kids always having problems because there's only so much you can write before the ideas run out.

Just about the best show going. Unique and always entertaining. Jane Lynch is perfection as Sue Sylvester. The songs are diverse, the talented actors are fresh and fun. I graduated in 1984 and this show just proves that the high school experience never changes. That's the magic of this show, it appeals to all ages because everyone can relate to some aspect of it. Become a Gleek!

I love glee and i didnt get to see all the episodes cause im a busy person! when i got the dvd i saw all the episodes. if you are a fan you must have this dvd its great.even if you not a fan you should own it in your house its always make you wonder.it reminds me when i was in highschool.

I love Glee! I was very excited to get the second half of the season so I could catch up on all the episodes before the new season began last week. It definitely was more expensive having bought volume 1 and volume 2 separately instead of waiting for the whole season to be released but it was worth it in my opinion.

If you like soap operas, teen drama, or musicals, this show is for you. The DVD is an excellent one, full of special features and every episode of season 1. Completely worth the purchase.

i bought this mainly because it was on sale, id never seen it before. i couldnt stop watching it, and watched it for like 3 days straight. i loved every minute of it!

This is the season that starts it all, it is great and filled with music that you will love. Everything in this season is great. The jukebox feature is what i look using the blurays for. must buy for any glee fan out there

Glee is fun and enjoyable with a great plot line and interesting characters.
