This edition is the one to get, especially under $60! Great game, steelbook, packaging and amazing quality statue. Must have for God of War fans.

The game looks amazing on ps4 pro. The extras that came with this special edition are superb. I love the detail on the statue that came with it.

The new god of war is amazing. The combat is very good and the story is fantastic. How they handled the character of Kratos is nicely done.

I'm briefly reviewing the collectors edition only as the high reviews everywhere clearly describe how amazing this game is and I 110% agree, no questions asked, hands down easily one of my TOP 10 Games of all time. Anyways, the statue itself is worth it. Highly detailed, great size and weight to it so it doesn't feel or look cheap. The lithogram, cloth map, and the 2 small statues are also very detailed. The lithogram itself has a great message from the almighty Cory Barlog who is the game director.

I got this on sale and I had the standard copy. The statue is amazing as well as the Steelbook. Definitely worth sale price!!

I got this on sale around Christmas and it's awesome. I don't know if I'd say it's worth full price, but if you find it at a discount it's great. The statue is an amazing piece of sculpture. It's very cool, as are the other trinkets and map. The steel case is also very cool. I can't say that the in-game items you get are that great, though, which is why I would hesitate to buy this at full price. But, if you like great art and little trinkets, then go for it!

I thought the last God of war was exciting. This game takes a departure from games of old to bring a whole new game style to the series. It looks amazing on a 4k tv and I'm often pausing to take a look at the detail in the creatures and surroundings. Kratos' son also adds a touching element to the story that gives you a glimpse into the softer side of Kratos. A must have for fans and anyone that enjoys action adventure.

Wow, that statue is amazing. It's really detailed and feels really sturdy. If you're a GoW fan, this is a must pick up! I'm new to the franchise and after finishing it, I had to say that I love this game. I love the developers behind this game for creating a finished game product, that didn't have any DLC involved. Kudos to them because in this day and age, it's hard to find a complete game.

Such an excellent game. The story was solid and the combat felt fast and responsive.

Since this game is great, I will start with what I thought needed some tweaks. The combat system is vastly improved from all the previous iterations of the game, but I think it needs some work with this one. More to do with the fluidity of the controls. That being said, the game is awesome and a dramatic departure from the previous games but in a great way. Super fun to play and well worth adding to your collection

The journey with kratos and his son through the new nordic environment is so much fun! Even the little things like the conversations between the two and the stories kratos tells his son while you're on a boat are fun! On top of that there are no season passes and no micro transactions. Just a full game from day one for you to enjoy just like it should be! I'm beyond happy with this purchase.
