A magnum opus from Santa Monica, now with an added roguelike mode for enhanced end-game replayability. I hope they see the enduring interest in this and keep that in mind for a future game.

Listen, this game is great and has tons of character development but that’s just not what I’m looking for in a GoW game. I preferred the 2018 reboot over this. I’m not really on the wagon about Keaton feeling regret about what he’s done. Kratos is a character of intent, not reflection. He has a reason behind everything he does. This version of Kratos in this game was just too doubtful on himself and I understand why. He’s trying to be better for Atreus and Faye. I get it, but it just doesn’t feel like the GoW that I know and love. Still this game has crazy sequences that you’d expect. Great game but the 2018 GoW was superior.

A truly excellent PS5 game. Visually amazing and gameplay is great. Very immersive story and continues from the last God of War story. Character development is great. Good combat mechanics.

The story is amazing and the combat, environment, and enemies is varied enough to keep your interest. I think the only game with a better story would be The Last of Us, and that's pretty close.

The game is very polished and is a worthy successor to GoW 2018. The writing and story continue to amaze while also offering great combat. If you loved the 2018 game, this is a must buy.

God of War Ragnarok is hands down game of the year in 2022. Just like the first one in 2018, this game delivers in every way. An epic story, god-level boss fights and superb gameplay.

This is one of the best games ever. Without a dout you need to play at least the previous one before playing this. Great story, great combat and great visuals. Overall a masterpiece.

This game and it's predecessor are some of the best gaming I've experienced in recent memory. I would highly recommend both of the games to new and long time gamers alike.

God of war has reached its highest point so far. Everything is improved from the originals. Storytelling is magnificent. Characters are emotional and complex. Absolutely stunning

The sequel to 2018's GOTY is a 2002 GOTY quality game. It's visually stunning with amazing gameplay and a fantastic story. If you own a PS5, then this is a must own game imo.

The first revised God of War was my favorite game of all time. Ragnarok has surpassed it. They know what they’re doing. Absolute Gold. Do your self a service boy and get it.

At this point if you don't have a PS5 it's totally worth it just for this game alone. Amazing graphics, amazing story, zero complaints fantastic addition to the Kratos sagas.

Amazing game, amazing experience, best story i’ve played in years. Couldn’t put the controller down, it beat every expectation i had and surpassed God of War 2018 as my top favorite game of all time. I wasn’t expecting the ending of the game nor the way the story ended up unfolding. During my experience i had no technical issues whatsoever, the experience was smooth over all. It had some pacing issues but they still were able to keep me engaged. The only draw back i can tell, and its been pointed out by others, is that you get help to soon during the puzzle sequence that they don’t give you a chance to think.
