I bought this for a more diverse workout. Sand is relatively cheap at most locations that sell building supplies. About two small bags of play sand will do the job. Its very sturdy and the weight of the bag is adjustable since it has pouches that are filled with sand at different weights. Great for working your core without sit ups.

I got this on sale and used my point to get it for free! The sand inserts are easy to fill and stay pretty tight! Great uneven weighted work out!

Good bag, just change the handles

This is a very solid training bag. I have been using it for the past few months in conjunction with my 60lb Wreck Bag. The additional handles make workout options quite versatile. I do the the inner handles were a bit more spaced out, as they do dig into my back during my long carry workouts.
Other than that, this thing is freaking solid.
