While this is certainly no classic it is definitely an enjoyable movie that keeps one’s interest and does have a magnificent starring performance ...the high definition transfer is above average and Best Buy has an excellent price point for it so I would recommend it

My friend is a huge Matthew Matthew McConaughey fan, so I got her this movie. It wasn't the greatest movie, but it wasn't bad. Matthew was totally in character all throughout the movie, which had some twists & turns you wouldn't expect.

Want to see Mathew McConaughey but fat? Well pal this is for you. Story is good enough and scenery is pretty grand. Not the best movie ever but it is original enough to make you wonder what will happen.

Wow! Having lived through this time it was a fun romp with nostalgia. That being said, there were many twists and turns throughout the movie. Well crafted story!

Treasure bin prices are unbeatable! But the bin is a hassle to look through And not exactly great for the spread of germs because you have to get i. There and touch everything because it’s a mess Also why no more music section That is not cool.

This movie was okay. It was not the swashbuckling role that I expected. The acting was good but overall a sad story!

Why watch: McConaughey's acting and the reasonably true story of how scary easy it was for one person to parlay avarice into a billion Dollar gold mine before the magic abruptly ended. But, otherwise, a bit difficult to have sympathy for or interest in these greed mongers. In other words, a high carb meal leaving me quickly hungry for another, meatier movie to sink my teeth into.

Mathew Mcconaughey is an amazing actor and this movie leaves do doubt at what he does with his craft.

I liked this movie. I really was rooting for the underdog. Then it portrayed how he changed and forgot who helped in. Then the twist made it all come together but left me wondering. Worth the watch

Based on a true story this DVD brings to life the heartache of war, the reality ones' faith beliefs can bring into the war zone.

Surprisingly good story and I hadn't heard of it but took a chance and I have to say I enjoyed it from beginning to end.

I had never heard of the movie Gold, but the description looked good. It was a very enjoyable movie.
