I enjoy using my Chromecast, as it's as simple of using your phone and queuing up the show or film you want through the app of your choice. I think the bigger caveats to this is that there's no remote and no menus accessed on the Chromecast- everything is through your phone. So it's a good product, if your fine with dropping the remote.

The google chrome cast was very easy to install and has worked great for me. The picture is great and the chromecast has a good response time. I have been very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking to stream their entertainment . The price was well within the expected range for this product also. Overall it has been a great product

We have a TV that has a beautiful picture, but it is 10 years old and we could not get Netflix or Amazon to play on it. This solve the problem! I can cast right from my phone and it appears on my television. Would definitely recommend this.

Bought chromecast so that I could use the Peacock AP with a secondary TV in house Setup reasonably easy and within 10 minutes I was streaming content. Will add other services at some point in future. Trying to stream other content from my android phone has been hit and miss but really not one of reasons I bought the chromecast.

As a former fire tv user, I was looking for a device that could stream and mirror the applications I was using on my cellphone. The limited selection of shows and movies on Amazon Prime caused to look elsewhere. The chromecast is by far the best device available for all streaming apps. Whether you have Apple or Android, the chromecast allows you to use the home app as a remote and control center for streaming content. All you need is a wifi connection and to pair your cell phone on that same wifi network. Then Google makes the process seamless and efficient. I’ve only run into apps crashing only occasionally and the dongle itself does run warm so remember to plug out when not in use.

I have several variations of this product and I love them all. With this product you can cast from your IPhone, IPad, android phone, or tablet. It’s easy to set up and use. This Chrome Cast device makes any tv. Smarter.

Very happy with this purchase of Google Chromecast. Great picture quality. I can use voice to control my bedroom TV because I have Google Home Mini with Google assistant Also I can use my Smart phone or Apple Ipad as a remote controls. It easy to setup and to use.

Since our TV’s are all about 10 years older we didn’t want to upgrade until after we purchase our new house. We went with the chrome cast because it’s small and easy to use to stream directly from my phone.

This chrome cast is really easy to set up and it works great! You just have to download an app to get it connected and then you’re set. It’ll connect almost all steaming apps from your phone so it’s really helping me get through quarantine!

Easy to use and compatible with most apps. I use it more often than the built-in apps on my smartTV because Chromecast is more stable. Wish it came with more instructions to set it up, but otherwise it is perfect!

Works as intended. Easy set up. Perfect for dumb TVs or to get streaming apps not offered with your software. Chrome cast capabilities. I would recommend. Mostly always on sale during Black Friday.

One of my favorite pieces of technology. Easy to use and looks great. It is discrete and works flawless almost every time. I’ve been using chromecast’s since the first gen and honestly prefer it more than any tv interfaces.

Very easy to setup. Just need to load the Chromecast app. No problems streaming to the TV from my android tablet or phone. I'm able to stream youtube, Hulu, view my pictures. I like that I can control everything from my tablet or phone and can view it on the TV.

The chrome cast is a simple, easy and effective way to stream your video content! It was very easy and user friendly to set up and can be used on any TV with an HDMI port. It’s also nice that I can move it from TV to TV when needed!

The particular one that I bought seems to require the need to restart ever so often; whenever I stream from my Chrome tab. Overall, it does perform better than my 1st Gen Chromecast, by providing higher quality feeds, and faster connection. Still have the issues of connection. However, less restarts are required to identify it on the network.

Great Chromecast for legitimate streaming purposes! Low-latency with good indoor range. I used it primarily for streaming YouTube through my phone, but other media like Disney+, or Netflix cast pretty well. My only concern is that the adapter part of this device (or the disc part) gets hot while it's plugged into an outlet.

I enjoy using Google's chromecast (latest model), it makes casting Youtube and Netflix videos onto a large screen TV easy. I have not noticed any problems when connecting to my TV so far, and setup was quick and easy. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.

I have a five year-old Samsung TV that I wanted to integrate with my Google Home Hub setup. The Google Chromecast was the perfect solution. Setup is beyond easy, and everything worked great from the get go. My smart home setup works so great that even my three year-old and four year-old kids use it on a daily basis. They routinely tell the Google Home Hub what kind of Youtube video they want to watch on the big screen TV, and within seconds they are watching. I also love telling Google to show me my various Nest cameras on the big screen. It's a lot easier to see what's going on around your house with the video feed on the big screen. I also use it to monitor the kids. Did I mention I can turn the TV on and off with my voice? If you have a Google Home Hub and a TV without Chromecast, this is a no brainer. I just bought a second Chromecast for our other TV.

There are some things about it I don't quite get. I expected it to just mirror what I do on the phone. On some apps it does, but on others I think it takes on a life of its own and passes control to the tv remote. In the end I didn't wind up using it much, so I guess you should make sure you really need it first.
