Mainly got this so I can cast my VR headset to the TV. Works great and easy to set up. Lots of option for streaming as well. Would recommend if you use a lot of apps that casts straight to it.

The Chromecast is quick and easy way to stream from your phone to your TV. The unit plugs right and the google software takes only a few minutes to setup. I have an older version in another room and it hasn't given me any troubles in the 4 years I've had it.

I bought this because my Samsung Smart TV was too old to get the Disney+ App. Plugged in easily, worked great, and has had no glitches since I bought it. For the price, exceeded all expectations.

Works well and gets the job done for when you are traveling and want to access all of your streaming apps. No issues when bringing it with me in the go and setting up on other TVs. Must have.

I only use this to cast my Oculus Quest to my TV. With that in mind, it’s still worth the price in my opinion. The fact that is also has other capability makes it that much better. Recommend for Google/Android users.

Its easy to use but you need to play around with the app for the set up. Mine failed to connect several times but finally found "the device". After that it bullet proof.

Enjoyed this product for average streaming. Works well with Google assist app. I am able to connect my streaming with ease. The device has to be connected to a power source to work.

I love it because I have a tv that is not smart and I love how easy this is to make that tv smart and watch my favorite shows and movies

Overall great item! Only a little sad that I didn't realize until we purchased it that you can only scroll on your phone/tablet to look for things to watch when you are browsing vs like on the firestick/roku the menu is on the screen so if you are watching with someone else makes it a little harder to look together and also only certain streaming apps will let you voice command through google home (which i dont use that often to begin with) but if you were purchasing solely for the more hands free approach then sadly that wont be here but otherwise we love it and the ease of use and the ability to be able to take on vacation and what not as well.

So great. I can stream movies from my computer to my tv. no more pulling out the HDMI cable to connect to the tv. which then I can still use my laptop or even my phone while watching a movie or youtube on the big screen.

Really great gadget for a good price. It works very well and it is totally recommended due to all the apps that it can connect to.

Bought this to connect to my TV so that my Google Home Hub and Google mini can work with it. It works as expected and I have not had any issues. Recommend if wanting to connect devices to your existing Google set up.

This little streaming video gadget is the best! Allows me to show anything from my phone on the TV screen for an elderly parents to see. Easy program to install and use, easy device, just needs a HDMI port to plug in.

THis is my second Chromecast. I really this I am able to stream some of my programs on this device. I like how small but powerful this stream device is and it works in any room.

I've had a second generation Chromecast for years and use it regularly. I was on a business trip, had some time in my room, and wanted to was a series on Netflix. I ran out to Best Buy to pick up a Chromecast, plugged it in to the back of my hotel TV, set it up with the Google Home app, and within 5 minutes of arriving in my hotel room was watching content from my smartphone on the big TV screen in my hotel. The third generation Chromecast looks and works about the same as my older second generation Chromecast, which is what I expected. For the price ($35 regular retail), having one of these handy is a total no brainer. I'm very pleased with the functionality and quality, especially given the low cost

When I first purchased this I thought it was going to take a long time to install it and get it set up. All I did was plug it in and was ready to go! Great quality, easy install, great price!

It's everything you would expect from Google Chromecast, especially good for mirroring your phone (Android at least, I have no idea how it does in the Appleverse). Dependent on WiFi, as usual, so performance can be affected. Setup is pretty easy and it meets my needs.

The hardware side of things was really easy to setup. Got it out of box, plugged the microUSB into the Chromecast and then the TV, and then the HDMI went straight in. Boom, done. However, the software side of things was a little slow. It wasn't connecting with my app at first, so I had to replug the Chromecast in, and then it wasn't working again, so I just installed the Google Home app on my iPad instead of using it on my phone (Android) and it finally worked. I doubt it had anything to do with the operating system of the device I was using, but if anybody has a problem setting up, maybe just try re-installing the Google Home app or using it on a different device.

Use it on an older flat screen TVs that isn’t a smart TVs! It work great with Netflix and YouTube! I enjoy the small compact and easy plug in & work.

Quick and easy set up. Your phone communicates with the Chromecast which then streams your chosen content on your TV. Wish it came with a physical remote control. Great device for the price.
