Very good Google Chrome

The only problem was not related to the item but how did my WIFI worked with my cellphone. If I began watching movies with the Google Chrome and the WIFI disconnects from my cellphone, the streaming continues on the tv but I could not control it from the cellphone until I could reconnect the WIFI. I finally decided to buy a smart tv at Best Buy, but still use the Google Chrome for the tv in another bedroom.

Google Chromecast Win Win

I had 1 smart TV, but the big screen was a few years older without the bells an whistles. This device has allowed it to keep up with the smaller smart TV. Saving $800 + $$'s purchasing a another smart TV made so much sense! Thank you Best Buy, I ordered on line, notified shortly after, I walked in picked it up, out in 7 minutes!

Plasma to smart tv

Love my Chromecast

It works perfectly with Amazon Prime videos, Hulu and Netflix streaming. I have downsized my DISH content as far as premium channels and couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to use with the apps that are available online for Google Home and Chromecast. It was the best thing I’ve bought this year. It was easy to set up and it’s easy to use with screen mirror on my phone.

Perfect for Oculus Quest 2 streaming.

Does very well, easy to setup. You will need to install Google Home onto your phone to set it up. I have tried streaming videos and photos from my Samsung phone to try it. Works well for what I wanted it for. Beyond this, I have yet to test further.

Someone in the family always turns out to need it more than me. So, being a pushover for kids and grandkids, I gift them with my Chromecast. I will not be giving this one away. Love it for casting to the TV from the Oculus Quest 2 so everyone in the room can see what the person in the headset is doing. Definitely a more reliable casting option than most TVs have built into them.
