It took me a little while to set it up, had to call my daughter because she was the one who told me about your device. Once she talked me through it, I had no problem sending my movies from my phone to our not so smart TV. I just wised I had known you were coming out with a newer model. But for me, until I can master it and get comfortable with this one, I am so satisfied. I didn't hook it up until April and have only used it 3-4 times so far.

For the price, I would choose this over all the fancy Fire Sticks, Apple TVs, and Rokus. This is the least expensive option that does all that I need. No frills like 4k. It doesn't come with a complete of an OS as others, but my phone has all the apps I need, so I just need to cast it. Covers the basics, so I have recommended it to three people, and they all are just as satisfied as I am.

I bought this to change my older Chrome cast stick because I kept losing connectivity with my phone! but it's still happening! I still love it! works very well once it's all in sync!

Chromecast is easy to set up. It has a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Bought device to stream YouTubeTV through "non-smart" TV and took less than 15 minutes to install and get fully functional service. Relatively inexpensive device as well.

Seamless casting and google home assist voice commands do their trick for sure. Apart from minor connectivity issues regd wifi router channels, it is a breeze to set this up and get going.

I was reluctant to attempt 'casting' on my television. I consider myself tech challenged. My daughters use Chromecast and I understood the general concept, but balked at my ability to it myself. I was impressed with the straightforward and clear directions. I was able to immediately install the Chromecast and use it with my cell phone and my Google Nest.

I have been told a lot about . You can beat the price since apple TV is way more expensive .its easy to setup as well .

Great device to make a normal tv a smart TVs, great compatibility and easy to use.

One of my television in a little obsolete, so I decided to buy an accessory in order to see in this tv my favorites programs from YouTube. I asked for help about this matter in the Best Buy store. One of the clerk suggested to buy this accessory, Chromecast Streaming Media Player. Now I can see my favorites programs without problem. The color and size of this product is also nice.

*slaps roof of chromecast* this baby can fit so much streaming in it! I had a fire tv for a while, but this honestly makes more sens for my personal setup. I already have the apps for my streaming services on my phone, so it's pretty convenient to just cast whatever I want to the TV. That being said, you want your phone or tablet or whatever to have a decent amount of storage to actually hold all of those apps in the first place. Being able to stream my PC to the TV is just a bonus!

Easy to set up. Must have if your TV dose not have chomecast. This product works great.
