I truly love this product, the ability to turn on and off the TV with just my voice. See pictures of my family stream and make calls seamlessly integrated into my smart home. This device is a game changer and a must if you are a smart home enthusiast or just an office. I like Google products but I really am impressed with this one how it integrates easily no issues with setup manageability and connectivity speeds are great I own a fire stick as well but I'm more pleased with the Chromecast and would recommend it

I would say it is very convenient to use this product if you don't have a smart TV and use apps such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ a lot throughout the day. It is very easy to connect to the TV, to move it and connect to another TV in the house, and it's pretty fast to start up the device after downloading the google home app on your phone. The only bad thing I would say is that there still isn't an app to connect my MacBook Air to the chromecast, but other than that it works perfectly with my iPhone 7 and my sisters Samsung phone.

Google Chromecast is essential for older TV's with out the ability to receive a "cast" from a computer Cell phone and or tablet, especially in this time of stay at home work and Covid -19. One can easily set up and use this little device to receive internet programs, church worship services, etc, while being shut in. Quality is excellent, picture and sound transmitted are excellent. It is a great value for the price.

While I only used it once (I was gifted soon after 2 Apple TV’s) it was great quality, easy to use, and easy to set up

I’ve been using a chromecast for years but these newer ones are way better with a clearer picture than my original one, and with the sale price I figured I get 2 and give one as a gift, I showed them how to use it on Christmas Eve and now they are thinking they might cut the cord to save over 100 dollars a month compared to direct tv, looking forward to seeing how much they actually saved. I Love how easy it is to cast shows from my phone or my tablet to my older Samsung smart tv that was not being supported/updated anymore, made my older smart tv, smarter.

This is one of the simplest and least expensive ways to turn most TVs into a "smart" TV. Great as a gift for young and old (as long as you actually help them set up to use it). If you already have a smart TV with apps and internet access, a Chromecast can potentially overcome some of the TVs shortcomings as well. From personal experience, certain TVs may just not perform as well as you'd like for basic streaming. As long as your internet is not the problem, a Chromecast might still perform better for YouTube/Hulu/Netflix/Plex than your TVs built in apps.

This Chromecast is awesome! Easy installation and set up. Hides easily behind TV. Very light and sleek. Steaming videos is easy with this device.

I wanted to get a Chromecast to watch Disney+ movies on my TV and this product didn't disappoint. It was easy to set up. Just plug all the cables in the appropriate spots, plug in the Google Chromecast unit to the HDMI port on your TV and the on-screen instructions helps you set it up. Download the Google Home App to your phone or computer (I used by Chromebook), connect to your Wi-Fi and you're good to go. It'll even give you a quick tutorial on how to use it.

Set-up is super simple. Very easy to use. Affordable. You can turn any TV into a Smart TV without breaking the bank.

The chromecast is a great way to make any old TV "smart"! Youtube, Netflix, you name it you can watch it on your TV now without the hassle of wires. I find the experience of casting from mobile devices the smoothest (just use the apps of whatever streaming service you want), but with the full Chrome browser, you can cast any web page (getting around some annoyances, like no official Amazon Prime Video support). All-in-all, it's an inexpensive way to pump new life into an older/cheaper TV.
