We love Chromecast. It's so convenient to have especially when you dont have cable and you stream everything. It's nice that you can pretty much stream from your laptop or your phone onto any TV that has the chromecast connected.

This is a killer device. I use it to stream music from my pc / smartphone to my Hi-Fi system (a receiver with hdmi input is required which is standard these days). I have another unit that is connected to the tv.

Simple and easy to use easy to install and setup would buy again!

The device is off tremendous use to convert an old TV into a smart TV. It's Gen 3 as I couldn't wait few more days for the launch of Gen 4. Overall more than satisfied with the item, its deliver and best buy response.

I purchased Chromecast from Best Buy a few months ago. This is a wonderful gadget, works beautifully when I stream YouTube and Netflix, etc from my smartphone or laptop computer. I am very happy with it.

My First Chromecast. Easy to setup and control. If you binge on YouTube, like I do, or go back and forth with your significant other, finding fun things to watch, It's fun to be able to "Cast" that onto a larger screen for mutual and comfortable viewing.

When my sister showed me what her chromecast can do, i had to get one. Got my chromecast and i was streaming a tv from my phone. Went to walk my dog and to my surprise the show was still playing even through i had my phone with me during the walk.

I bought this during Black Friday primarily to stream movies and and cast videos from my laptop and iPad. Setup was very easy and it is pretty easy to use. I am happy with my purchase and I will buy this again.

I had a tv and didnt know what device would be best paired with it. This chrome cast works perfect. As long as you have accounts with other media services. It has made my home life much better. I definitely recommend.

Set up couldn't be easier. I was streaming from my phone in five minutes. My phone was 20 feet away from the TV and the reception was great for a whole NFL game. Together with your phone, it's a great way to convert your low-budget TV into a smart TV.

I love my chromecast. It allows me to watch all my favorite shows and I can watch it on any TV. I definitely recommend picking one up if you want to watch Netflix or YouTube on your Tv and use your phone as the remote!

Had used Roku which I found hard to use. Navigating the program wasn't easy. Then I switched to ChromeCast and really love it. Easy to use, easy to switch back and forth between movies and programs. I highly recommend it.

I've previously used a Fire Stick to stream different services, mostly Hulu. I travel a fair amount, and for whatever reason, the Fire Stick wouldn't let me stream Hulu away from my primary residence. However, with a Chromecast you can stream any content from your phone to the TV. This is a great option to be able to watch Hulu away from home.

Many smart phones and TV's might not need this device to connect/Cast, but it's nice to be able to cast via any Chrome page on any device at home. This is not the first Chromecast device we have at home and not the last.

The most I like about this product is able to play tv using voice commands from my google home. It is small in size compare to previous generation chrome cast. Only draw back i can see wasn’t able to cast from apps installed on windows 10 laptop.

The second Chromecast has ousted the original as one of our favorite streaming devices of all time thanks to a better Wi-Fi antenna and far better performance. It's not capable of 4K, but for those interested in UHD there's always the Chromecast Ultra.

The Chromecast is still the best TV device. Some people may prefer having a remote and that's totally okay. However, your smartphone is a superior remote to anything besides high-end offerings from Logitech and the like. Frankly, if it wasn't for Amazon's Prime Video service not working with Chromecast, I'd use nothing else but this, period.

Really easy to use. Performance doesn't degrade vastly after a few years like the FireTV sticks. Does take a bit to connect to my WiFi but that might be a physical location issue.

This is great for streaming content (I do a lot of YouTube and Netflix ) if you don’t have a smart tv or you don’t like the smart tv interface (my case). It’s very easy with Chromecast. I had an older version and upgraded it for enhanced resolution

My "smart" tv would not connect to my laptop and doesn't steam Disney+. With this simple device I can now cast whatever is on my laptop to my TV. No more watching on a small computer screen. I might cut cable all together
