Even better than before

I got a great deal for the latest model and it connects and streams faster than before. Highly recommend.

I no longer have to connect my laptop to the TV via an HDMI cord and am able to control the volume from my phone. The resolution is great. Overall, it makes my life so much easier.

Now we have movies on the go (we also have a mifi from Verizon to allow us to have wifi). Works great and was easy to set up. We have 4 of these now.

Excellent for tvs that are not smart tvs

This was an excellent buy for about $25 at bestbuy that turned our tv into a smart tv. Very happy with this product. And it was very simple to install.

I opened the package read the instructions and had chromecast installed and working within 5 minutes. Works great and and will be regular addition to our tv entertainment.

This is very responsive and useful to cast . Best used when mirroring the mobile and casting most of the online videos that wont work native smart applications in the TV.

We are basically using it every day, and the first one died after several years of daily usage. Eaither streaming YouTube from your phone or playing your videos from your laptop, this is the perfect solution

Most sites natively sync to Chromecast, but I've learned how to cast my entire computer screen to the TV, so I can watch anything on the big screen. Goodbye cable fees!

Watch anything from your phone

Saved me from buying a new tv, now i can save money and get the tv i really want instead of having to rush to buy.

Limited Access Streaming Player

Connected with 2 cells - one was a hotspot and the other to act as the tv controller. Was able to see Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. But could not project Xfinity. Worked well With certain apps. Still exploring device for possibilities.

Good but not always reliable

Otherwise, it's a great way to include in the Google home automation. Its a nice touch to just say hey google, play (insert movie/show) on netflix and it plays.

fun little device
