I bought this lil' bundle of joy for one purpose only, to stream my game contact from my Oculus Quest( if you dont know bout this....find out!) to my t.v. Works perfectly as intended! I ended up using it for more than just virtual reality streaming. I love the setup and operations app....it allows you to have a universal remote fROM your phone. If you are getting a Oculus Quest(available here at Best Buy) THIS IS A MUST HAVE ACCESSORY FOR A MUST HAVE BLEEDING EDGE VR UNIT.

My TV works and I'm happy with the picture quality. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the option to update to include current, popular apps. After looking at buying a new TV, and being concerned about the cost vs quality of today's models, I decided to go with the Chromecast. I like that I can push from my phone or tablet. It was easy to set up and much cheaper than a new TV.

The Chromecast was easy to set up with the help of a YouTube video. Easy to use, once I got the hang of it. Using my phone as the remote usually requires that I have it on the charger and it's a little distracting seeing the video out of the corner of my eye. I have had 2 different fire sticks that stopped working and thought I would try the Chromecast. It was a good value on sale for around $19.00. So far so good.

I bought my first Chromecast in 2013 with the 1st Gen, to move on from using my Xbox 360 as a streaming device. It is super simple to setup, super simple to use, and platform (Android or iOS) agnostic. I upgraded to the newest gen as the 1st Gen is slowing down after 6 years of use. I expect this one to last a while until there is a cheaper/more mature 4k alternative (the current Chromecast Ultra seems a little too premature and will be outdated quicker IMO).

Chromecast was easy to install and works great. You can control everything from your phone. there are certain applications and streaming sites that you need a device like chromecast to get. I can hook it up to an older tv in the shop and stream movies from different applications even though the tv is not a smart tv. So I think this is a dependable asset to my enjoyment of watching movies.

This little thing is so convenient and easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into your tv, download the app, and then once you have followed through the short process of syncing everything you can start watching. You can cast youtube, Netflix, or any streaming service with the Google Chromecast regardless if you're using a phone, tablet, or computer. On top of that, you can move the Chromecast to any tv you like.

I love my chrome cast! It’s so easy to use and set up!!! I have no regret in purshasing this! It’s awesome for anyone who doesn’t want to watch regular cable channels anymore. If you’re like me, you’ll enjoy the easy to use features with your apps on your mobile devices. I love how easy it is to connect to my pc monitors. I also like how small it is and that it doesn’t take much space at all along the wires of my speaker, monitors and other pc cables that are around.

Love it easy to stream no longer need to pay for a tv provider

Plug Chromecast into the HDMI port on your TV to power and stream your favorite entertainment right from your phone with just a tap. Watch shows, listen to playlists, and more. And while streaming, you can still use your phone as you normally do. I bought this Chromecast streaming media player just to do that. It works flawlessly and yes it’s true you can still use your phone while you’re streaming all your entertainment on your TV.

I have an older flat screen that doesn't support screencast so this device has helped me tremendously! It also eliminates another remote in the house so your peace of mind can be focused on your phone. Very rarely will your phone lose connectivity to the device but when it does it is sorta pain as you have to either hope it reconnects or have to close out of everything and restart. Very few problems and would highly recommend this product.

Device was easy to installed. The picture was clear. Works with Apple devices.

Very simple to set up, and even an idiot could install it. If you've got a USB port on your computer, then powering it is no issue at all, and it turns off with the TV. Native to the Chrome browser, or Chromecast app to download. Seems relatively immune to interference, although it's really not that far away from the viewer. Picture quality is excellent, but get a soundbar if you want to really enjoy a movie.
