This was a lifesaver. I bought a new Samsung Series 8 65"...and the Samsung app and casting software SUCKS. This device you just plug in... and everything works automatically and seamlessly.

Added this Chromecast to my office TV. Have one on each TV in the house so i can easily cast shows and video no matter which room I’m in. Connection and setup to my google home devices was easy.

This is a Good product , I purchased 2 of these , one for the living room and bedroom. It’s easy to set up , have to download google home app. I use it to cast and watch new movies all the time.

Connected right to my google home assistant which made the setup take only minute. I can cast Hulu to my Hisense TV easily now. It will display whatever pictures I set on the home assistant when the chromecast is idle.

Chromecast is great for streaming all types of content. Setup is simple, fast and your up and running in about 5 minutes. Hook up to back of TV into HDMI port, download Google home app and connect to WIFI, DONE!

Not sure what I expected, but for the price it works well. I wish I did not have a hook up through my phone, but apparently that is how it is supposed to work. Maybe I am using wrong. But it does a good job for the price and good for a work out room TV that does not get a lot of use.

Fantastic product. We use it for our projector. Easy to use for streaming from a portable device phone, tablet, computer, etc… Setup walks you through what you need to do.

I had the old chromecast and then got this version. I like this version way better as connects better than last generation. Easier to set up. Power throughs usb as well so that is helpful.

Bought this to replace my 1st generation chromecast. I was occasionally getting delay and problems with smooth play. This new model solved the problem. Nothing fancy about it, just does it's job.

I purchased the Chromecast to cast my Oculus to my TV. This works perfectly and SUPER EASY to setup. Now everyone can see what is happening when playing with my Oculus VR.

This thing is great. I got it to cast peacock to my tv since the app apparently isn’t working right. It does exactly what I need it to do. No issues so far and the setup was very easy

It is always a delight to purchase something that does exactly what it says on the label. The Google Chromecast enables us to cast images and videos straight from our phones and laptops to the TV. We have YouTube built into our TV but searching for something with the remote is tedious. With the Chromecast it is simple to find something on our phones or laptops and then sit back and enjoy it on the big screen with decent sound. During the lockdown we have been watching lots of programmes from YouTube including the weekly National Theatre presentations. Thanks to the Chromecast is a real pleasure to see the broadcasts on a big screen and listen in big sound.

Took a while to figure out, but well worth the $35 to have Hulu again and not have to use my blu ray player. Haven't had any issues connecting nor lag when casting from my phone. Picture is good and no sound issues.

You can stream almost anything including You Tube. I have purchased at least 10 of these as gifts and everyone likes and uses them to stream music and video. It makes a basic TV with a HDMI port into a smart TV.

When traveling I find that I have difficulty casting to the local TV but there is WiFi. I use this to connect and cast to different TVs when traveling so that I can still cast my apps.

To entertain customers at the store I installed a Tv and connected the chrome cast and it works great with my iPhone! Works well with my Tidal App to play music and videos. It basically ticks all the boxes. Good product thus far!

Helpful for making my dumb tv smart. Allows me to broadcast from my phone to tv. Requires wifi connection (didn't work at our cabin, for instance where we didnt have internet or a wifi router).

This paired with Allcast from the app store, makes any TV or projector complete. Cast movies, TV shows and even music instantly. I have one on every TV in the house and a spare for travel. Best part you can use Android or iOS !!

My only complaint is needing to be in the chrome browser to cast something. Apple tv lets you mirror your phone, whatever is on the screen. Been using this to stream from a computer to a tv but must use Google Chrome web browser. Other than that, does what I need.

Needed something that would accentuate my class project and I used my phone and this bad boy to do it...got an A+!!!! #awwyeaahhhh Oh, you gotta make sure you have internet access or it wont work. Make sure you have an updated TV or at least a smart TV, and there's an app that goes with this too.
