Got this hooked up in my car to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube. It was a lil tricky at first because Chromcast requires wifi. But I'm happy. It does exactly what I wanted it to do!!

I can honestly say that this was an easy set up and it’s very user friendly. You will not regret your purchase. Depending on how many HMDI ports you have. You might have to get a splitters like i did. It’s worth it.

Buying the chrome-cast has been a great addition because I already own thegoogle home product. I can Easily just say something to it and it controls my tv. This is extremely helpful for when I misplace the remote.

This small device does such a wonderful job wish I would have gotten one sooner for my living room. It so nice to be able to watch different apps without having to upgrade another tv.

Great product, i have one for every tv in my house. I can start watching in bedroom and if i decide to go to living room i can switch cast using my smartphone. I find it a lot easier then using the one included in tv.

Meets the needs when the TV is not "smart". Works great, easy to setup and cheaper than buying a new TV when the one you have is good.

Easy to set up. Instead of replacing all of our t.v.’s with smart T.V.’s, I bought chrome cast for each and now we can cast whatever we want from our cell phones.

I use this to watch TV in a guest room and love that I don't need cable. Just car from my phone or iPad and watch everything I want. I've purchased about 5 Chromecast devices so far. Must have.

Chromecast is awesome, the price is incredible, the features are great and it uses your android phone as a remote control. Netflix is now available in both our TV's. And best of all it is not an Apple product

it makes sense to have these sometimes even if you tv is smart. the interface with these is sometimes easier than the smart tv app. at least on the older smart tvs

Great for casting shows to TVs. We put this in the kids room and we stream kids show to it. It helps us monitor what’s being played and for how long.

this has been the best for sure. Just in terms of setting up, all gens are great but the update to the Google Home app made this actually even easier to get sorted , purchasing from best buy made also easy & rewarded.

Got this for our older Sony TV which is not smart TV. We use it a lot for streaming YouTube from the phone. Inexpensive smart TV converting little device.

I love my chrome cast. Since I do not have a smart tv on my bedroom, I purchased this device and since then I’m able to watch all my shows in Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and more.

I bought this with the intention of being able to cast images/videos from my phone to the tv, and for that it works great! Pros: - Simple to set up. - Device Mirror works very well. - Pairs with my Google Home device (see Cons) Cons: - Other than mirroring my device, I don't see a reason to justify the $35 cost. - Requires external power unless using the TV's USB port. The only downfall to this is the device doesn't come with a smaller power cable. You'll have to use the 3ft cable it came with to make the connection usually inches away. - I've had finicky success using Google Home with this. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Overall, it does what I need it to do. I just don't agree with the solid $35 price point for something that can be done with a simple cable connected to your phone.

I love the chrome cast adapter. I can watch all my movies and shows from my phone or tablet on my big screen. It is easy to use and had no problems setting it up.

This is the very best brought 1 about 8 months ago put in my bedroom but this is the 2 one i brought for my living room works great shows picture clearly an broadcasting all kinds of shows to watch.

The old Chromecast had trouble streaming large video files so we upgraded to the newer model that supports 5G WiFi speeds. Much less incidents of stutter even at 1080p. Easy to set up.

Love the Chromecast. I have YouTube TV and I stream through all my Google devices. They are just getting better and better every year. Looking forward to the next one coming out.

Love the chrome cast. It makes it easy to watch things in my big screen tv. I bought this because it was on sale for Black Friday to upgrade the one I had which was the first generation chrome cast.
