Bought it for a gift, they love it. Was gonna buy them a samsung tv but they swore up and down this was better and they have no complaints so far.

Great buy, would buy again if needed. Easy to find in store. Price is ok, didn’t catch it on sale could be cheaper from time to time.

Works seamlessly with an android phone, but I was expecting there to be a remote of some sort. I purchased this in order for my family to watch a person playing Oculus Quest Games though casting. It does this quite splendidly.

Google and the chrome cast continue to improve and make life easy. now with new cell set up no laptop needed make the set up even easier and quicker. we have one on all non smart TV's we own .

While I am an Android/Google person this was the first time with a Chromecast. Honestly, it took longer to setup that expected and there are probably some household bandwidth issues to address as the connection is not as smooth as the Roku. Overall, phone & tablet is good.

No more lending my phone for my kids to watch netflix i just pop it on my tv n bam i get to continue my business on my phone am so glad the employe there recommended it to me....

I have a Roku, but Roku didn't agree to show HBO/Max, but Google did. Chromecast is much easier to use and will show anything you can see on your ipad or other machine.

Since Samsung stopped allowing their smart TVs to have the YouTube TV app, we've added Chromecast devices to all of ours and solved the problem. The setup is very simple, and it works perfectly.

This works great. I gave it four starts instead of five because it does not support Amazon Prime or Hulu, so I had to get the Amazon Fire TV stick as well. But for things such as setting up a queue of videos to watch in YouTube, it's much better than Amazon Fire TV stick.

I always wanted to cast remotely my chrome browser from MacBook Pro and finally I found this solution. Casting on my Samsung TV from my MacBook Pro is so convenient with google chrome. Muat Buy.

I bought this because I switched from DirecTv to YouTubeTV and needed another streaming media player. I think it works better than the Firestick we have on a different TV.

I've bought a few chromecast for my home. Theyre very convenient. Simple to use and great if you have any android device. Definitely recommend.

It's great for watching YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services. No lag, it performs very well.

Unit was buffering and dropping connection. I called Chromecast support. She had me Plug the power cord directly to the wall instead of the TV USB. Worked great since.

I stream videos from my android/iPhone to my TV using this. So far, it has worked with no problems. Sometimes it loses connection but that may be due to my slow internet.

I don't think you can really go that wrong with Google Chromecasts. I love these. They're quick and responsive. I've had a second generation Chromecast before this and this one does seem a bit snappier. I had a weird issue during setup with my iphone pro max upon setting up this device in Google Home. Like near the end stage, the Chromecast was already registering on my other devices, but in the setup, it was claiming my Chromecast wasn't connected. Not sure if that's some kind of glitch, but regardless, I figured it out myself. May not be as intuitive for people who aren't tech-savvy.

Will turn yourTV on and off and control the volume with Google assistant. That alone is worth the purchase. The fact that you can stream videos and music from any mobile device and PC is a bonus
