I received great service out of the version before this set. I wanted to upgrade to see if I could even improve on my great Wi-Fi speed. And I was not disappointed 6e mesh system improved my download and upload speeds. I would recommend this system to anyone wanting a mesh system.

I added 3 more to hit the max that Google recommends. Now I have great coverage on all floors of my house and even the basement. I would recommend these to anyone.

Additionally the incorporation of the LAN ports allowed for a wired mesh system from the house, garage and shed.

Checking the placement of your Wi-Fi router or points (if you have any) can help, which is vital to have reliable Wi-Fi throughout your home. Points work best when they’re no more than two rooms away from each other. If the far end of your house has weak Wi-Fi, don’t put a Wifi point in that exact spot. Instead, put it part way in that direction. Try to place it in an elevated position like on a shelf.
You can also try these steps below that can improve your overall experience:
- Move the connected device closer to your Wifi router or point.
- Repositioning the points to avoid obstructions like walls, doors, and aquariums can improve performance.
- Make sure all unused devices are off and not draining bandwidth with large downloads.
- Check for possible sources of interference such as microwave ovens, refrigerators or other equipment.
- Run a mesh test to confirm placement of your Wifi points.

No dead spots and always provides fast wifi. Plus being sble to use the app and chekc on each router is a nice feature

Very proud of this purchase.

One node's shell had partially cracked open. I popped it shut and figured "lets see how it goes." It has not gone well. Lots of drops and interruptions in streaming conference calls and media. Coverage is better though, so you can drop signals from just about anywhere with full bars, so there is that at least. I will be returning these to Best Buy. Still deciding if I want to try again on a new set.

Refurbished worked great

Most importantly everything worked great and no issues in setup. ( I already had the Ethernet cable)

I have it all setup for wired back haul. I have all the nest wifi systems and will be changing from them. Tech support is no help, all they tell you is factory reset…
